I can't say enough about how amazing Amy, the owner of Next Level is! Almost two years ago, I tore my arch ligament and was worried I'd never get back to doing the things I love—especially wearing heels. Amy worked with me every step of the way, tailoring my treatment and giving me the confidence and support I needed to heal fully. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I'm not only back in heels but also stronger and more confident than ever. More recently, I started having some knee issues, and once again, Amy came through. She quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with exercises that made a huge difference within a day! My husband is seeing Amy for physical therapy now we live in Long Beach, but we gladly travel to Santa Clarita every week for physical therapy because that's how much we love Amy and her incredible staff. Amy and the team are absolutely incredible. The care and professionalism they give you is truly unparalleled. I was actually misdiagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon, and during my treatment Amy properly diagnosed my injury, I went to another orthopedic surgeon who then confirmed her findings. The therapists are amazing!! They greet you by name, they are very concerned about your health and improvement, and they are always professional. I feel stronger and more mobile because of the high quality physical therapy I am receiving.

Unfortunately I have had several ailments, surgeries, and other injuries over the years. Everyone at my gym raved about Amy! And it didn't take long to understand why Unlike mini physical therapy shops, Amy aligns your treatment plan with your activity goals. For example, my wife tore a ligament in her foot.. And besides healing and recovering 100%, it was important to her that she could still wear high heels. Amy made sure to give her specific exercises that not only treated her injury and ensured that she recovered 100%, she also made sure that she would be able to wear heels again. I moved about an hour away from Next lLevel several years ago but I still go back for treatment when needed. It is worth the hours round trip that it takes me. While I am singling out Amy, the entire staff is knowledgeable and have the same goals. Long story short, they really are Next Level!

In case you don't read to the very end, I'll start by saying that I highly recommend Next Level. They have been wonderful with me and with my wife. A few years ago, I had a labrum tear in my shoulder, and I went to a different PT place closer to my house. The experience there was OK, but I not something I would recommend. My wife's doctor sent her to Next Level after her ACL replacement surgery, and she had a great experience. When I injured my other shoulder, I went to Next Level based on her recommendation. I have had such a great experience. Everyone has been wonderful. They put together a great routine for me based on the evaluation, and they have been updating it every session as I progress. They are pushing me, but always checking to make sure I'm doing OK. As I'm doing the exercises and stretches, they make little adjustments to make sure I'm doing things correctly to get the most out of everything that I do. In the evaluation, they asked what equipment I have access to, so they could tailor my at home workout to that equipment. I don't belong to a gym, so they made sure that I could do the exercises with the equipment I have at my home. They're actually focusing on me getting better and not needing them any more rather than keeping me coming back forever. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are on the fence about doing PT, or are not sure where to go, I highly recommend checking out Next Level.

The entire staff is amazing. They are so knowledgeable and patient. I love going to physical therapy at next level. I have gone to them for two different injuries and they have helped me with both a neck and meniscus injury. I highly recommend this place. Daniela

On July 10, 2023 I was forced to go to the hospital because my whole right leg was in extreme pain and not functional. I ended up with a knee issue, a hip issue and mostly a low back issue. Working with Amy and Bryan, I am now able to use my treadmill again and my pain level has decreased significantly. I am so grateful for their expertise and kindness. Also the whole facility has a friendly, warm vibe. I drive over 30 minutes each way to see them.
