I can’t say enough great things about Next Era and especially Kaitlyn. I moved to the area after having shoulder surgery and needed to continue my recovery. I was hopeful when I found Next Era. Kaitlyn has been great to work with for my PT needs. She is very knowledgeable and can often pinpoint my issues. She listens to the changes I’ve seen throughout the week and puts together a plan to continue to progress forward to try to get me back to my active lifestyle. The team at the front desk has been great as well. I would highly recommend Next Era!

Our whole family has been treated at next Era for years. Our oldest son started seeing Nick in high school for baseball injuries. Our youngest son relied on Next Era to treat high school baseball injuries as well. I started seeing Luke a year ago for hip pain and lack of mobility. I’m currently seeing him again before hip replacement surgery. He has always been a great listener, communicator, and is dedicated to my healing. Luke has gone above and beyond for me. Nicki and Rachael at the front desk are great as well. We recommend Next Era to anyone we know in need of quality PT.

Next Era has been awesome. I have been bring my niece with Myotonic Dystrophy here for a few months, and Luke has been great with her. He is very patient and engaged while still leading her in exercises. I have seen improvement in her which is very had to do. They were so great, that I started to go for a few areas that I am weak in. I felt much better even after two visits. If you have an injury or just a few weak areas, give them a try.

Had a great first initial visit and treatment for my car accident whiplash injury. Scheduling was very easy, great front office staff, and Kristin did a very thorough initial physical therapy assessment followed by dry needling with eStim. Next Era came with high recommendations and I can see why!

An extremely professional and personal PT experience! All of the therapists are very knowledgeable and honest in what they think will be best for you and your body. Both locations in CO and AZ are phenomenal!

I hurt my ankle playing soccer and went to Next Era for PT. The physical therapists did a good job but the billing practices by the office staff and management is a major concern as they were committing consumer and insurance fraud in my specific case. I was told they needed to do dry needling and they insisted I pay an extra $29 as they said insurance doesn't cover it. I told them my insurance (Anthem) covered it in the past but they insisted I pay. After the visit, I called my insurance and gave them the procedure code and they confirmed it was covered as part of the PT visit and I shouldn't be charged more than my $30 co-pay. The next visit, the physical therapist did the dry needling and I told front desk that I wasn't going to pay the extra $29 for dry needling as my insurance said it was covered and they couldn't charge extra. On the next visit, they wouldn't do the dry needling even though they told me it was going to be part of my treatment plan on the initial visit. This leads me to believe that they are intentionally trying to bypass the insurance system and charge patients extra when it is covered by insurance. Not sure if it is covered by all insurances but it was by mine. $29 doesn't seem like a lot but if they are seeing 30-40 patients a day, 250 days a year, they are potentially overcharging customers hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. This fraud was reported to the Arapahoe Sheriffs department and the Colorado Attorney General to start a record of fraud. All I can recommend for past or future patients is to check with your insurance company if they are charging you more than your co-pay for dry needling or other services. If you find out they were illegally overcharging you, please report them to help stop future fraud.
