I have been to six different physical therapists for recovery from various sports injuries over the years. Claudia is by far the best. I had been to a big physical therapy office in fashion island a year earlier after surgery to repair torn cartilage in My hip. I was still not back up to speed, went back to my doctor, and got another prescription for physical Therapy. Claudia Showed me the right exercises to strengthen the muscles around my Hip, and she Encouraged me to Work hard to strengthen the muscles to fully protect the cartilage in my hip. Now I'm back to all my activities again! Thank you Claudia for your great advice and enthusiasm.
