I have been coming here for a few years now, and the treatment I have received is A1. Dr. Berry takes excellent care and attention. Then, she gives excellent advice and pays attention to any changes by letting you know before you even tell her what's wrong. The staff is awesome!

Dr Klein was so nice ! He made me feel so important to him. He listened to me and is working hard to help me with my issues. The auto message told me to arrive 30minutes before my appointment to fill out paper work my daughter and I arrive at 7:30 my appointment was at 8 the door was unlocked at 7:30 didnt see anyone in office till 7:49 . That's OK the office is nice and inviting so we were OK with waiting. Overall an awesome visit !!

From the moment I walked in as a referral, I was greeted with open arms. The front desk ladies, the nurses, and the doctors were all accommodating and concerned about my well being. Even though I was apprehensive about the issues with my back, they reassured me with their knowledge, their understanding, and their all around care. I was well informed of the treatment I would receive and was taken great care of through it all. I am now in physical therapy at the same location, and it’s like an extension of the services I received prior to my surgery and thereafter. I would definitely recommend New South NeuroSpine center to anyone experiencing neurology problems.

I was impressed with my therapist's evaluation and assessment to determine the areas that need to be worked on and the plan that he will follow to decrease/get rid of the pain in my lower back. He gave me hope! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I am looking forward eagerly to getting started with my exercises.

Hard to get a call back from physical medicine side, you are charged $50 for them fill out paperwork if needed, no sense of urgency for the patient. The nurse informed my local hospital “I am not familiar with writing orders for radiology” … but isn’t that 90% of what they use there? I was informed by a staff member yesterday that the CEO is not liked by any of them and that it’s just “prestigious” title, and I am inclined to agree since he didn’t help with my concerns after I spoke to him. The best team in the building is the surgery side and they are awesome! The best team in that building is surgery side!

The entire staff were exceptionally professional and empathetic to how I was feeling. Mr. Klein, ACNP, performed a very comprehensive physical examination, explaining the process as we went through. Dr. John Davis was very personable and put me at ease regarding what was going on with me medically. I am very thankful that I was lead to this group or wonderful and caring people.

I want to start off by saying Dr vanlandingham is awesome both myself and my wife have had surgeries with him!!!! His assistant on the other hand is extremely rude and won’t listen to what you have to say. My wife injured her back again and went in to get looked at. Her work gave her a return to work form to have them fill out. The assistant refused to fill it out. Saying the excuse they provide covers the return to work form.. my wife’s boss says she cannot return to work until they fill that form out and she will be fired if it is not completed. My wife repeatedly told her she needed to fill the return to work form out. And the assistant just got more irritated and rude. It’s like she didn’t care. That my wife’s job was on the line. Like I said, the surgeon was great The assistant needs an major attitude adjustment.

Great people!! Feels like home. Very concerned about the patients and taken more then enough time explaining as the patients understand. Just a great bedside manner. Keep up the great job!!
