Seriously the worst experience ever. I was to be a new client. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment time. I showed up at what I thought was 5 minutes early, they claimed I was 10 minutes late, but no matter they tell me I have a 15 minute grace period. So I get checked in, until they realize I was listening into a work call and tell me they can’t check me in until I am off the phone. Ok, call was wrapping up, I was filling out papar work and I still had 5 minutes left in my grace period. As a working mom I am excellent at multi tasking! I hang up, and they tell me I need to reschedule, though I am still clearly within their self imposed grace period. What!?! I followed their rules, was within the time, and I was to be a new client. Maybe a little courtesy, customer service, and understanding the world doesn’t revolve around you would help your business. Now you just wasted my time (and yours) AND lost a potential client. Of course I am not going to reschedule. If this is how they treat new patients can you imagine what they do once they already have your money and medical records? Stay very far away unless you enjoy being treated like the scum of the earth client. And the homeless like to hang out in front, so doesn’t seem like a very safe place to visit.

Wow so greedy. Been coming here for years and when i started at providence they sign the workers comp form and sent back didnt need an appt. I start hoag next week and they wont same thiny but they said i need to make an appt for signature. I now know why my friend jenn baltazar hated this place. Think once i started my new job ill be looking for a new pcp. Why make an appt when i am not sick or injured and just to have a form signed. Its nothing but drs being greedy. US drs are horrible

I had an appointment and to be able to go I need to take off work and get a sitter. When I arrived, she said I could not be seen because I would need a longer appointment since I was considered a new patient since I hadn’t been there in a long time. That is something that could have been shared over the phone and been considerate and checked when you asked my name and information over the phone.

Dr kieth bell took me off my alprazolam that I've been on for 20 years before I ever met him now 've been to the er 3 times a month for five years with panic attacks and can't live a normal life I wait six months at a time to see a new doctor and I get laughed at because kieth put me as a drug seeker very un professional I now live in a constant state of panic from his bad call and can't get help the pain in my chest has gone to my sides an mimics a heart attack thanks alot newport health center
