Patient experiences
Honestly they’re nice enough people and I had several appointments that were fine. However, my appointment today, they literally completely forgot about me. They put needles in my neck and then just left me there for an hour and a half. I was yelling “hello” and “can someone please help” for 15 minutes before someone finally came and said they would go get the doctor. I won’t be returning.
We love Jonathan for acupuncture! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and listens carefully. Best of all, we have gotten tremendous relief from his service.
Great experience! Front desk is very friendly. Doctor Kevin was kind, outgoing, listened to all my concerns and was very helpful!
I want to give 0 star if I can chooes it. It was terrible front desk service. An old woman in front desk was very rude. She made me sicker. NEVER go here.
