New Vision at Drew Memorial Hospital

Other than the intake specialist, the night shift ER staff that were told to admit my loved one treated us horribly. The nurses were rude, sarcastic, and condescending. My loved one and myself were given misinformation when we had the correct names and information that led to him not receiving treatment there. Luckily, I was easily able to get him into another detox facility the next morning and he was still willing to get help. The actions of these staff members could have derailed my loved one’s treatment in a very negative way. Shame on them.
