Patient intake & management lacking (one star) Technician & nurse services hit & miss (two star). The doctor's experience was good (four star). I've experienced reoccurring incidents where patients, including myself, are told the doctors are delayed and endured longer waiting times. My experience was that the technician and nursing staff are also lacking, Not thorough or good at communication. The doctor was professional and courteous. The services could be much improved.

I had an excellent experience at NM Orthopedics. I was able to secure an appointment in a relatively short amount of time, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, I had a minimal wait in the waiting room and was triaged quickly. The staff was polite, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit. X-rays were done promptly, and I received my diagnosis in a timely manner. Overall, I’m very pleased with the professionalism and care provided. Highly recommend!”

Dr McGee clearly loves what he does, and has an outstanding rapport with patients. He was engaged and engaging, has patience, and clearly explained everything during our discussion. He gives me confidence, and will definitely be my choice for the procedure.

I experienced a work related injury requiring follow up and when I called I was able to get in to see Andrew Schannen, MD the next day! WOW!! He was polite, prompt and professional. He also came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. What a fabulous decision I made to see him.

I was most impressed with Tammi's expertise in addressing my hand issue. She was able to explain what was going on with my finger and provide excellent instructions on managing the PT process going forward to enable a fast and complete injury recovery. She is truly an expert in her field and superb at providing useful information in a patient friendly manner. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a professional to deal with hand issues.

First of all, I was able to be seen within a week of calling for an appointment as a new patient. That was wonderful, didn’t have to wait months. Second, staff was attentive and professional. I arrived a few minutes before my appt and within 5-7 min. was called back into exam room. Third, Dr. McGee, was also very attentive, and personable. He gave me options for my medical concern. It was a great consult. I recommend this facility and in particular Dr. McGee as he is who I saw.

Danielle was very friendly and personable and did a great job managing my intake and getting me settled in the room. Dr. Schannen was very helpful. He explained my condition and treatment options in easy to understand terms and was able to provide treatment right away. I’m already feeling better just knowing I’m on track to resolving my pain!

The doctor was awesome, he had a great bedside manor. He was very informative about my situation. I was only in the office for 45 minutes this included x-rays. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Thank you.
