New England Orthopedic Surgeons Physical Therapy

Rebecca Wing and everyone at NEOS in Feeding Hills are phenomenal !!!! I've been to them 2 separate times for 2 very different issues. Both issues were very out of the norm. But, they were very focused on getting me up and going. And, they were quite successful. I will go no where else. If I could give them a 20 out of 10, I would!!!

If you need physical therapy, NEOS in Agawam is the place to go! Great staff and excellent therapists! I had Jeff and Alyssa for therapy after my knee replacement and they were great. Not only do they know what they’re doing, they are very personable and courteous! You will not be disappointed. Gloria P

They don't ever answer the phone when you try to call for any reason. They hurt my husband's shoulder and over extended carrying out his healing journey to be longer. Receptionist doesn't know how to do their job with scheduling or put in insurance properly. Canceled my appointments once for missing appointments when I would try to call multiple times before my appointment without answer.

Recently had knee surgery for a torn meniscus(root tear). After surgery I needed physical therapy..they had me do my therapy at the Feeding Hills location. The staff is very friendly and professional..they put your mind at ease from start to finish..highly recommend them 😊, unlike other reviews..there is plenty of parking with easy access from multiple entrances.

Terrible!! I had two therapists. One of them actually worked on me. The other just gave me the exercise to do and walked away. Could have done it at home. I specifically told them I need afternoon appointments and they booked me earlier anyway most of the time. I was forced to cancel a few. Parking is terrible!! I drove to my appointment and there was nowhere to park. When I called in to tell them they said you really need to be on time and told me to park on the side of the building. There was not even a spot to park unless I parked in the next building lot and walked 15 minutes on a blown acl to the appt. They discharged me for their incompetence. Go somewhere else!!

Excellent physical therapy! Knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. Lots of encouraging, focused attention to my individual needs. Very congenial environment. Punctual. Convenient location – lots of parking.

The physical therapists are knowledgeable & professional. Not sure what’s wrong with the phones though. Every time I’ve called it’s said caller busy and ends the call.
