Everyone did a great job. They were all very courteous, very professional, very helpful and very detailed with my issue. I was very happy with the results of my visit.

I was very pleased with my appointment. I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was respectful and helpful and made me feel very comfortable in a new situation, Donald Salva was WONDERFUL, showing compassion while providing excellent explanations.

I took my mother to NEOS for a follow up after a fall. We were seen by Dr Salva. He was so gracious and knowledgeable. He took the time to research her history in order to give us a good overview of a plan of care. He had great bedside manner, personable, just all around a great Provider in every way. We can’t thank him enough for our great visit. He is excellent.

Very reassuring, optimistic, direct and confident. My first visit but I feel confident to say this year long reoccurring fall damage pain issue to my knee will finally be solved and treated over time even tho I feel a secondary issue with my ligament aside from what I’m being initially treated for, only time will tell. Overall a good experience

Doctor was prepared and professional. He thoroughly explained every result shown in the MRI review. He asked about previous treatments and was responsive to questions. He came up with a treatment plan going forward that he felt was best for me as the patient.

Had my second visit with Don; again wonderful experience. The whole office is friendly and welcoming. Don spends time talking with you to find out what is working and how he can help. My experience here at Benton Ave was SO much better than my experience in the Spfld office. Just went for another shot yesterday with Don, he is tremendous. NEOS lucky to have him.

Unfortunately, he was quick to diagnosis, never looked at our daughters forms she filled out and was out the door. We will take his diagnosis into consideration but his fast paced decision about diagnosis did not allow our daughter (with communication disability) to fully be heard. She was disappointed in his answer to “take ibuprofen” and “girls grow out of this”.

My experience was very good. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, explains things clearly, took as much time as was needed, and made me confident that I would be in good hands if I go ahead with surgery with the NEO team.
