Nevada Occupational Health Center

Really upset so far. I recently went in to take an examination needed for a new employer. I left Reno at 3:30 to get there before 5pm (the time they close) but there was really bad traffic and I arrived at 4:32 pm only to find out that they can't take me in as a walk in because the last time they take the last person for an examination is at 4:30. Which I didn't know and it wasn't listed on the sheet of paper given by my employer. So because I was 2 min late I have to return the next day from Reno. It's really disappointing because not only did they not list what time is the last time for an examination but the lady at the front desk was really unprofessional and I felt as if she wasn't really concern about the situation.

I am a travel nurse, and I've been to many labs. This was by far the best! Stacey administered my TB test better than anyone in 15 years of nursing. The whole staff was friendly and efficient. Great job!

Went in for my pre-employment stuff. Great staff & didn't take too long. They were pretty quick about it all which was really great. Not a fan of sitting in any office long much less any type of doctors office. They made it pretty painless & pretty quick.

Dr. Betz is fabulous! ... and so is the entire staff ... I just had my pre-employment exam done and it was so easy, and the staff was so accommodating. The medical professional [PA?] who did most of the exam was so wonderful and professional and answered all of my questions. I neglected to get her name so I hope she forgives me, but the entire staff was exceptional and provided me with outstanding service.

I went in to get cleared to drive for work. They tell me to get off my medication and come back in two weeks for a piss test. I come back in two weeks and they refuse to give me a piss test. Now they require a note from my doctor from two weeks ago. No kidding. Now I have to wait another two weeks to start my job because they're incompetent. This place sucks.!

Went to lunch and a person of your management was there to pick up food for a party was completely disrespectful harrassing the employees verbally aggressive and almost physical. If this is how your management acts I will never be back for any test or pt ever. She shouldn't have a job if this is how a grown woman acts!

Prompt, pleasant, helpful staff. All workman’s comp claims are handled with a very professional attitude. Dr. Jay is the best physician I have ever taken employees to. He is amazing.

Over the last few months I unknowingly developed a fear of stairs and ladders because of my injury. I had a visible breakdown but the said that it was mandatory to do the test. I did it through the shaking and tears but there was no simpathy. I have never been afraid of anything until now. JERKS!
