Neurosport Physical Therapy

I worked with Hampton for a month in January and a week in August for my knee and right upper leg. It's hard to explain the massive transformation his work in PT did to decrease the pain in my leg and show me the proper home exercises to continue my therapy. I came into PT with Neurosport after 2 doctors had no clue what caused the pain and muscle decrease in my leg and Hampton was able to work on my IT band with cupping and exercises that decreased the pain from 4/10 everyday for at least 4 hours to a 1/10 every couple of days for an hour maximum. I owe him and the entire staff a lot of gratitude for the work they have done to help me as well as their friendliness to make all of my sessions more entertaining and fun even through some of the pain and effort. I would highly recommend Neurosport to anyone that has a serious injury or even a constant minor annoyance in their muscles as they can definitely help.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way! The therapists here are incredibly knowledgeable and infinitely more helpful than even my orthopedist in explaining what’s going on with me and how to treat it. I’ve never once felt rushed or ignored when it comes to questions or concerns and I feel like I have undivided attention and care when I am there for a session. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of PT! PLUS I’m standing for longer and longer periods of time without pain so the exercises are certainly working!

I worked with Chris Ross to recover from my second total knee replacement, and it was a great experience. Chris pushed me just hard enough, and I was surprised by how quickly this second knee progressed compared to my first one. Everyone on staff in East Cobb was very friendly and helpful, and I actually looked forward to my sessions there. I recommend Neurosport, especially Chris, to anyone in need of PT.

Great experience with Carly, Hunter, Kylie, and the team. I was treated for lower back/core conditioning. They varyied the routines and made the entire experience fun. Always were able to answer my questions and helped with a home exercise program to keep me on track. If you need outpatient PT in East Cobb... this is the team you want to see.

These guys may be great at PT but I showed up today with an Aetna policy and the fee was $384 per session for the first 7 sessions. I think it's because Aetna is out of network since they are now owned by Wellstar. So I'd suggest asking the fees up front before scheduling vs. assuming the typical co-pay of $60-100 charged by most other places.

Amazing people amazing results!! Could not have found a better agency to work strengthening excercise and consistency. This has been the answer to my physical therapy journey. World class service with an approach designed towards success. Hampton S. Has made my life more manageable and progressive.

I love NEUROSPORT AND NEUROTOUR!!! Great Company!! Everyone is so kind and so helpful! I hurt my ankle and was back playing soccer so fast!! I go to Functional Training to workout with all my friends! we have so much fun!! Keep up with great work!!

I love this place. I’ve used them for physical therapy and the athletic tune ups. Most recently, I’ve been doing the athletic tune ups with Nabil and he is fantastic. He is thorough, he listens, and he truly takes the time to address my needs.
