Dr Rachael is always a help to me. I go in feel low and so how she makes me have some kind of understanding. We had a new break through that I would have never imagined. And this is why I will continue to go to her until i can no longer go or no longer feel the need to go

Very professional, friendly and really not much wait time. I wish I had known about them instead of going to the surgi-centers. More cost effective also. I would like to discuss that fifth star with a member of your staff as not to take away from the four stars given because you ALL deserved them!!! Please contact me regarding my one only issue for improvement to get that fifth star. Thanks to all for a great experience.

Great visit. Haven’t encountered anyone that wasn’t kind and professional. The providers are very down to earth and sometimes seem more concerned than other health professionals that I have encountered elsewhere. I have always had my questions and concerns answered honestly and in a manner that is easy to understand.

I have been going to NSJC for several years now. Dr. Kopp and his staff are professional, courteous and tactful. I resisted at first but Dr Kopp has now done three injections over the past year and half which have help significantly. I don't think I could cope without their program. I work in maintenance and some days are harder than others. Highly recommend their services.

Dr. Kopp and his staff are always very professional and courteous. From the front desk up to check out. I personally would not hear of going anywhere else period. Now days dealing with people who's in pain and elderly middle-aged and younger. staff and faculty has to be trained well and knowledgeable of their job and position in the pain medical field with a nack to patience smiling and caring and thick skin to pilot this type of profession everybody can't do it only the ones that has a special calling to deal with sick, and people in pain patients. Dr. Rachel's office refuses to answer the phone. No matter how many or what time I call. They refuse to send me the documentation I require even after being told, "it'll be 2 weeks". It has now been 2 months. Lacking in customer service is an understatement

These guys are great. They get you in to your appointments quickly and if you have questions the PAs will actually answer them. The only reason I graded them down is because of their location. It is a 20 min + drive for me depending on traffic. I wish they were more centrally located. And for a single person it’s difficult to get drivers to go the distance for some procedures when everyone works too.
