I am horrified by the “service” we received from NVC. The social worker, Rudy, told me me that their day program would be a fit for my son who has a traumatic brain injury. With his recommendation I did the paperwork and other things required for his admittance, I turned in the required documents and then called Rudy three times to talk about the next steps. After two weeks I called the director, Alan, to see if he could assist me. To my great surprise, he and the social worker decided that my son would not be allowed in the program. I could understand their concerns about admitting him into the program, but, not to call me to let me know of their decision and not returning my calls is inexcusable. Based on Rudy’s recommendation, I went through a great deal of work, time and anticipation of help. The very least that could have happened was to have the care and courtesy to let me know of their decision so I could have looked elsewhere.

This place is forcing the elderly to take the booster shot or you can’t return if you don’t. Good thing we have a good lawyer to sue them for violating constitutional rights. Be prepared for a civil lawsuit Leave a message if you want apart of this class action lawsuit
