I started at Nestor not able to do the simplist of tasks in life due to lower back pain and spasms. From the moment you enter their door, you are greeted with a smile from Abby, and during therapy with Dr. Nestor, Alyssa and Dave who don't rush you and encourage you during the sessions, you feel an added sense of comfort during a stressful time in your life. In just a few weeks they had me moving better than I was before the injury. Thanks for helping me feel great again and back to doing the many things I need to do in a day. I highly recommend this place.

After being in and out of the hospital for my back pain, I had difficulty walking or sitting for long periods of time. I was in really bad pain and couldn’t sleep most nights. Recently hurt my lower back, wasn’t sleeping great and was hurting to do the basic things in life. Well let me tell you that all changed from the moment Abby answered the call and set me up for success with Nestor. After my first visit with Dr.Nestor I felt like I was on the right track to fixing everything wrong. Setting up appointments and times never felt easier thanks to Alyssa, if there is ever an issue she will work with your schedule to get you in when you can and want to! The physical therapist team is nothing but great, Dave and Alissa ease you into a routine that works for you, and will push you when you feel like you can do more and ease up when the days are tough and always do it with a smile! Honestly the whole team here at Nestor is great and after one trip you know they care and they feel like a second family, words aren’t enough to say how great they truly are, or how much they have helped! Recommend 10/10 to anyone who is in need of help with their back pains or any pains!

I began going to Nestor PT in Aug 2021. I had hip/back pain. It was hard to do much with out the pain. my last session was Sept 2021 and I am still pain free! It's amazing to me that I can now bend, twist and run up the stairs with ease. Everyone there is professional and really care about the clients and their needs. I recommend 100%. And I would go again if something else came up and I needed their services.

Absolutely love it here! This is my second time going, the first for an ankle injury and now from a back injury. They have been amazing both times and I thoroughly enjoy going every week. All of the staff is so kind and you can tell they really care about every one of their patients! :)
