The service was great however , if you have an outstanding balance they will call your mom and your husband and anyone else you sign a release of info to. Then after you pay the bill the harassing phone calls may stop for a second only to start receiving texts that you have an unpaid balance . Hopefully they don’t start calling all my family members again because I paid the balance over a month ago. The only reason I had a balance was because I was paying as I went , my visits were paused for some time due juggling work and family issues even though I communicated my intent , the phone calls were absolutely harassing . Service is great just beware

Due to a very poor decision of NEO LIFE letting go the DPT I was working with, and how they chose to do it, I have down graded my review from 5 star to 1. I have never seen such poor management in a health setting as I witnessed last week. The DPT was let go after giving his notice to leave. He was let go as I arrived for my appointment with him. Several patients waited approximately 20 min. while the management of NEO LIFE, decided to show up, release the DPT without any notice to him or the rest of the staff or the patients. I commend the staff for their professionalism, during a poorly managed situation, to put it mildly. Even if Corporate thinks they had reason to do this, other than the DPT giving notice, it certainly could have and should have been managed in a way that would have showed more compassion and ethical treatment for their patients and staff. I am sure it was totally done for the benefit of Corporate, including their timing of the occurrence, it certainly wasn't timed or handled to benefit anyone else involved. Because of my trust in the PT professionals remaining at this location, I will continue my therapy, but only until I am able to find a new facility. My prayers are not only for the remaining staff, but for Corporate as well, in that the next time you feel the need to do this, you do it in a more considerate and professional way for everyone involved and not just yourselves.

Excellent staff. Extremely detailed in getting the best treatment plan for your condition. I’m working with Ashley Cuevas currently and she is phenomenal, patient, listens to the patient for feedback and recommends the best treatment strategy. Neolife Physical Therapist Jessika is truly the best! She evaluated my situation initially. Her treatment approach is driven by science, care for the patient and creating an atmosphere of professionalism, skill and leadership for their whole team. Thanks Neolife for strengthening my body, mind & spirit.

My oldest daughter has only just started going there but the staff is so nice and caring! Jeffery doesn’t overwhelm her during her pt and she actually looks forward to going each week! Thank you so much for everything yall do for us and everyone else!

I love NeoLife’s staff. Everyone is very friendly and care for their patients. I absolutely love my therapist, Meagan. She is friendly, funny (making us feel at ease), she explains what she is going to do during therapy session; she absolutely loves her job. The staff remembers all the patients’ names. I think that is awesome.

I was very impressed with my first visit. My initial examination and case history was very thorough, and I am already doing a three simple at home exercises which are giving me some pain relief. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, from the front desk staff, to the techs, all the way up to Megan and the other Physical Therapists. I was absolutely terrified to start physical therapy but once I started and realized what amazing people worked there I actually look forward to going. They are all extremely professional and knowledgeable but also personable and down to earth. Megan specifically has helped me so much not only to understand what’s going on with my body, but how I can help it, and alleviate the pain I deal with.
