Friendly team, family-like environment, excellent care! I enjoyed my time at therapy so much, that I had to start working with the BSL team! :)

I can’t say enough about NeoLife in BSL! I begin seeing them 2 weeks post op from a total right knee replacement at the age of 60. Rehabbing the knee was much more difficult than my hip. Justin, Tyler, Jason and Devin were always supportive and encouraging even when I had crying spells. They celebrated my milestones with me and kept pushing and encouraging. I spent 4 months with them working hard in and out of their office. I was thrilled my final results! The week after I finished I walk/ran the Bay Bridge, went on a 2 week European vacation and walked an average of 15,000 steps a day with no issues. Doctor Justin Holt has the magic touch! I had terrible back pain for a month before I saw him and he instantly gave me some exercises to work out the pinched nerve and now I am almost back at full strength in under a week! So thankful for Justin!

Great experience at Neolife. After wrist surgery I was needing some PT. I’m still in the process of getting my strength and mobility back and am seeing good progress. They make you work hard to reach your goals, but are very compassionate and caring in the process. I would definitely recommend Justin and his team, they are wonderful!

Justin ROCKS!!! They are so gentle with our infant and they are just as patient with me as well. Lol The team makes sure we know how to do excercises for him at home for homework! Fully recommend!!!

I’ve never been to Physical Therapy before, but they were so kind and very thorough with finding out which muscles were actually affecting my daily life, I highly recommend going here, the staff was sooo welcoming and it was really refreshing to be greeted with such kindness
