NELA Rehabilitation

I missed a week because a medication ate up my stomach lining. I also had car trouble. I had to put my car in the shop it took a week to get the part in. God forbid life happens. This was enough to kick me out. I guess they wanted me puking up blood everywhere and to hobble up there to every appointment. Im severly disabled that is impossible for me. Also, I was told Multiple Sclerosis wasn't a big deal. It is a terminal illness. You dont tell that to someone that is afraid for their future and actually knows what it does to your body. My cousin killed herself because of it and my best friend is dying because of it. Hmmmm Yeah ! Thanks alot. Response to reply. No you don't have any no shows also I didn't hang up on anyone Saying thank you and goodbye means someone is ending the call. I guess you are confused about that as well. 9 cancelations? I have NO idea what you are talking about. I didn't have 9 no show appointments! That is insane. Also, my the people with me when I called heard me say thank you and goodbye to your receptionist. I was using blue tooth so the call was playing through my speakers. You can reply however your chose , but it won't change the truth. Post Script: Quit posting my "schedule " history as well. Even if it is pretend, stop posting. There is HIPPA and all that. Why not just scream to the roof tops? Run an ad on facebook?! Rebecca is amazing though. She is an expert and knows her stuff. JS I don't lie and give credit where credit is due . I'm a chronic pain advocate. I advise all of my followers to leave HONEST reviews for positive and negative experiences.

Great fun atmosphere! NELA has been helping my Grandmother for the past 5 months with balance and not only super thankful for the progress done with her! But they make you feel at home! Their super patient and kind! Front desk is amazing! I’m always having scheduling/Insurance issues and she always takes great care of us! We’re not just another number we feel part of their crew!

This clinic is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and Tyler Eckhardt is a very thorough and knowledgeable Physical Therapist. He explained my course of treatment with a very caring attitude and took time and allowed me to ask questions during my evaluation and throughout my treatment. The techs and other staff are so very friendly and accommodating. If you need PT, this is the place to go! I highly recommend!

This is such an awesome clinic with awesome staff! The facility is very clean and everyone is respectful and a joy to be around! India Coston is the beat tech and she is goes out of her way to make her patients feel appreciated and recognized!

I’m very impressed with NELA Rehab, West Monroe. The atmosphere is welcoming as well as full of knowledgeable people. Casey has been invaluable in relieving my back and shoulder pain through dry needling. I have always had a fear or needles, but with her expertise, I don’t experience any discomfort and only relief. I’m so excited to see such a great therapy clinic thriving in West Monroe!
