I highly recommend Neighborhood Healthcare Poway and especially Dr. Mould. The staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Mould took the time to explain to me important information about a recent surgery I had, and the medication associated with it. Thank you Dr. Mould!

People shouldn't have to wait 30 mins AFTER their appointment to be seen. Especially when the clinic has 3 People waiting. Also, they need to double check entering people's personal information. They had my address wrong. And had I not had a visit, it would still be wrong. Sensitive mail going to the incorrect address IS NOT COOL. The front desk staff seems perturbed to help, more than helpful. Shouldn't be in this line of work if you lack empathy or compassion. Being routed to a referral that I waited weeks to get 45 minutes away from me to have it changed closer to me having to wait more weeks is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Especially since NO ONE took the time to check my location. Our health, & being seen in a timely fashion is critical! Especially when your life can be at stake. Do better.

Second time here so far, Dr Mould is phenomenal at first take. Marcella in Lab was the best!!! Both of them along with other staff Made me feel comfortable, very gentle and FAST!! good experiences. I hate needles and always cry but today no tears 😁🙏 thanks

While pleasant during visit, the staff has been incompetent in making sure a prescription is being sent to the correct pharmacy. It has been a week since the prescription was issued and the patient has communicated several times with both the pharmacy and the clinic. Each time the end result is that the pharmacy has not received the prescription. We asked the clinic to telephone the pharmacy to confirm information, etc. (per pharmacy advice) and the clinic has not done this. Nor has the doctor returned the patients telephone call as requested by the patient. This is utterly unprofessional and such a disgrace to the elderly patient. Again, it has been a week today and the patient is still without her prescription and having to call the clinic again...today...to figure out what is going on and why they won't simply communicate with the pharmacy by phone AND why the doctor hasn't telephoned the patient. Truly unacceptable, unprofessional and a disgrace to elderly patient!

I had a pleasant visit yesterday, I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in and checked in immediately. Everyone who works there is super kind. Dr. Orpilla is professional and very kind! The facility is clean and looks brand new. I will definitely come back to this location for future healthcare visits.

This particular clinic and every one of the staff including Dr. Kaur were very professional and attentive. It’s so pleasant to go to places where people treats you with kindness and great customer service. Thinking on transferring to this location. Thank you

The staff were kind, attentive and friendly. I had to transfer my care to a new physician and although its a far drive, I am really happy to have been set up with Dr Mould. I saw him for the first time today and had a really great interaction- he was friendly and honest and he tried to fit as much as possible into our appointment. He pays great attention to detail which, as a nurse for more than a decade, I can appreciate. I really felt seen and heard and that the doctor was on top of things and super thorough.

Not this place: just like to say that in my opinion DR. DEA IS incompetent and should have license's for old folk who rights to constitutional freedoms of real pain relief have been shredded by them. Did not JFK (0piates & amphetamine's, and other politicians presently receive relieve? Wonder what they're pumping up Biden with??
