Wow! Just an amazing group of people here. Staff is so nice and always have a smile. The place was clean and sanitize. Lauren and James were so full of great information that I never knew. Lol. They explained everything in the way that my recovery wouldn’t be all that bad. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks to everyone there.

What a joke this place is. They just print out stretches for you to do at home. But the funniest part was weeks later when they sent me a bill for $1900. Save yourself a lot of time and money and just YouTube stretches. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Horrible place!!!! Went to occupational therapy. For five days the female Kerri or Terri was rude and billed Medicare then discharged me for what reasons I don’t know. Was scheduled for 12 days. Learned NOTHING.Their equipment for hand therapy is prehistoric. Sad for NCH 😭

The NCH Green Tree Outpatient Rehabilitation Center Staff are skilled professionals who care about their patients. From the reception desk, to Physical Therapist Manager Brian Bolin, to Physical Therapist Lindie Peters... everyone here is friendly, professional, supportive, and caring. Lindie was able to resolve my vertigo issues with the first visit (even with my years of issues), and we worked together for many follow-up visits to ensure that the vertigo had dissipated. On an NCH metric of “always 10”, the staff here rate an 11.
