Doctor appointments are usually within 10-15 minutes of schedule. Pharmacy waits can be long (if not just refills), but they DO have to ensure everything is correct and documented. I'm told Wednesday is "training day", so try other days for pharmacy.

I don't enjoy going to doctors appointments (who does?), but when I go here, the care is great and the staff is friendly! I see Dr. Woods, he's a wonderful doctor. He's always kind, professional, and truly shows that he cares about his patients.
It can be very difficult to find a Navy physician that cares and listens without judgement or jumping to conclusions. I'm giving 5 stars because Dr. Berlin is a fantastic, caring officer. I highly reccomend anyone request him as their PCM. Good luck fellow soldiers and families!
Had an appointment here at 1300 so I arrived at 1235. Waited until 1450 and all the HMC did was sign my paper.
Waiting time is always....horrendous! You wait to be called the first time then you wait more just to get your medicine....sigh.... got to love military medicine #notreallyforthefamily #gonavymedicine #militarymedicineworsethanmedicaremedicaid
Quick, friendly, and professional. So nice to have a family doctor and staff that truly care and will take the time to listen and help.
