I used to love this pharmacy. Although they are always very nice they have no urgency to complete any prescriptions whatsoever. I should not be waiting over an hour for one medication. Nobody has time to sit at the pharmacy for two hours.

If I could give zero stars.. I would. We just moved here a few weeks ago. We called to have everything moved to their records here and our insurance moved here and still I cannot get an appointment. I called to tell them I need urgent medical assistance and they LAUGHED AT ME. absolutely atrocious customer service and it’s shocking they can even call themselves a health clinic. Better off, off base!!!

Would not recommend... They're continuing on with covid, and the falsehoods that accompany that. The corpsman are glorified first aid children, and the civilians aren't any better. Lastly, the doctors are those who ranked last in their class. You're so much better off getting referred to an actual medical facility with properly trained professionals.

Never follow their posted hours, constantly turning people around, and 90% of everyone is rude.

This place is amazing. I personally love that 95% of the time when I call I get Theresa. She is sooooo great and it is so comforting to hear her voice. This woman for surely doesn't know me but I feel like we should be friends with how often I am calling the clinic to be seen myself or when I am in worried Mom mode and am making a last minute apt for my daughter. I adore this woman and I really hope she knows how much I appreciate her and all that she does. She has so much compassion and genuine care in her voice. Theresa is very reassuring. Also I am always able to be seen promptly which I appreciate greatly, being a worker in the civilian world it isn't hardly ever like that. Thank you everyone else at the clinic for all you do. Keep up the great work in caring for us enlisted. Retired and family.

Accompanied my dad to the pharmacy to pick up his meds. His RX refills were called in 3 days prior. We were given a pickup time of 1pm. 2p we were still waiting. When we inquired as to how much longer, the response of the pharmacy staff member was very flippant. Veterans should be treated with more respect. Very shameful.

Would not even give one star if it was an option to. There have been multiple occasions where my wife has gone in for APPOINTMENTS and still wasn't seen for 2+ hours after her appointment time, even when it wasn't busy. And then not accepting to get my son checked out, who is 5 months old, when he has a fever of 101. Sad to see that a military clinic has done this...

Anytime I use this pharmacy they are slow. I went in today and they said the pharmacist was going on lunch break at 1130 and to come back after 1300 and my prescriptions would be ready. At 1330 I was back and checked in, it is 1400 now and I am still sitting here.
