Naval Branch Health Clinic Temecula

I have been waiting here since 1:44pm today, it's now 3:16pm and the pharmacy has called me to the window twice only to have my meds incomplete. I'm waiting to be called up for the third time and hoping they can get it right this time. What is the problem and why is this happening as it has done before in the past?

Better than driving all the way to Camp Pendleton plus the pharmacy personnel gives 100% effort to serve customers in an efficient manner. The level of proficiency sometimes depends on the DOD pharmacy system they use.

This pharmacy is a great option for retirees & family in this area. The wait time used to be very reasonable (about 30 mins) but now the need has apparently increased tremendously because our last visit to pick up a refill was approximately an hour & 1/2. Since we were also picking up a new Rx, that added another hour or so. Hopefully, there will be a solution to the long wait time in the near future.

Pharmacy is awesome, no more waiting 2-3 hrs to fill a rx at Pendleton on a week day, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully clinic will eventually be available to retirees and pharmacy will be open on Saturdays. Great job and thanks!

Seriously not worth your time. Prepare to spend your entire day waiting either to pick up a prescription that you've been notified is allegedly "ready" or drop off a new prescription. Worst system ever. Absolutely pathetic. Why they can't operate the way a normal pharmacy does is anyone's guess.. I'd rather pay for my prescription that die waiting.

The young girl from immunization has the worst care in the hospital. laboratory, nurses and pharmacy are excellent. It is difficult to find appointments, I suggest a civil doctor or the San Diego clinic that is incredible in service.

Typical military health care. Can't get ahold of anyone. Can't print a simple paper correctly. They shove you away and don't deal with any medical issues. Ridiculous that this place is the only place we can be seen. Extremely disappointed.

Staff is awesome! Just wish they open until 6pm or so or half-days on Saturdays, at least. Really inconvenient for people with 9-5 jobs 😭
