The hold music and recording encourages you to utilize the genesis portal for appointment changes and scheduling. The genesis portal informs you that you cannot adjust appointments online and must call. The shortest period of time I've been on hold with this facility is 45 minutes and the longest is OVER 3 HOURS. This is just absurd. The entire 3 hours the automated system informed me that I was 3rd in line and my estimated wait time was "2 minutes." I didn't think there was any other place out there worse to call than Tricare themselves, but NBSD dental takes the cake.

They lost my medical record. Then told me they can't give me a new one. Tried giving me a qr code with a broken link. So I asked for the actual website and no body had an answer cause they're all that stupid. They tried telling me I didn't give them a record and I told them the exact date I did and I know where I'm at. I now only have an online record and have to keep explaining to my command that I don't have a physical record to give them. On top of that they treat patients like prisoners. No care, just a number. You're better off paying out of pocket for a civilian doctor who actually cares

Tried calling several dozens of times to schedule an appointment. Straight to voice-mail. No one's available to pick up the phone after soo many tries... ???

Audiology is the most horrible experience ever. We just sat there FOREVER they just leave the door shut and only call a couple people back every 30 minutes. It’s horrible

Probably the worst medical ever… never answer the phone, don’t schedule appts when you go in person, and guy in the front is rude.

Unbelievable wait times to get ahold of anyone. I had an apt with a Dr. in early May, whom said to contact him again if I had further issues and when I called back last week, they said they had zero record of me ever speaking to the doctor and basically said there was nothing they could do. Good job Navy taking care of your sailors.

Great medical wing, everyone was kind and professional. There may be a bad egg or two, but if you're kind to others then they'll be kind back. I never had an issue calling to schedule an appointment. If you call and can't get a hold of anyone just remember that this wing services NBSD dry side and wet side. That's a lot of people for this place and it gets fairly busy.
