I recently went to NSR and that was the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff are very problem-solving and caring. I felt safe my very first day. It’s very clean and organized

This place is awful please don’t go there if you really need help.. They don’t have actual groups or classes .. It’s actually only 3 people who lead groups and they are all people who were recently in the same place.. There is no curriculum and they make you leave if you start to complain.. I was forced to eat food I couldn’t eat and even had to go to hospital because of it and when I wrote a grievance complaining about it ,, they made me leave.. They put all my stuff in a garbage bag and closed the doors behind me.. I had to walk a mile in a very bad neighborhood just to get to a gas station because they refused to give me a ride or help.. stay far away please…I have also filed a complaint with the joint commission so they won’t be in business very much longer

My son has been at NS 4 times. Each time he leaves with a bag of drugs. He has relapsed every single time. We are still fighting to help save himself from himself. Not recommended for fatal medication addiction.

I have seen this organization change so many lives. The staff here works hard to provide person centered care with deep compassion and diligence.

It’s sad I’ve been calling this place for 3 days straight over and over again and they never want to answer… and the lady who finally does answer still hasn’t even called me back to let me know about my insurance… smh. I don’t understand it!!!

Natural State had every piece of the recovery process that I was looking for when trying to find resources to recommend to my loved one. The help didn't stop after a 28 or 30 day inpatient stay--it stepped down in phases (partial hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient) and offers a sober living option. The staff was very helpful in providing all of the information I needed to pass along to my LO and to recommend to others. (And they didn't lose too much patience with me after numerous calls, lol). The medical staff and peer specialists support are bonuses to the program and partially what I feel sets them apart from the others. I hope to see Natural State continue to grow and offer these and more services to many more who truly want to change their lives! I hope to see them get transportation assistance added to help the ones without a vehicle to get back and forth to the IOP center. I feel very strongly that a person in the midst of addiction needs a support person(s) on their side to help research resources for when their person is ready to start their recovery journey. Kudos to Kayla, JD, Melanie and others who were such a huge help to me!

Natural State Recovery helped save my brother's life. This program is like no other you might have tried before. The staff really care about your loved ones and will help the family in any way. If you are wanting to change your life this program helps heal you from the inside out. You will learn spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. The outpatient recovery and sober living programs will help you be successful and start a new life. Thank you Natural State Recovery for believing and giving hope to those that come through your door.

The staff seems to be genuinely caring and loves their job. It is a nice facility; however, they lack in helping with family communication and rebuilding family relationships. The first days there is no contact with your loved one. After the 14 day black out period you will only receive 1 maybe 15 minute phone call per week. You never know what is happening or how your loved one really is doing.
