The first thing I would like to say is that my experience at Natural Bridges Rehab was beyond great. Jeff is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and overall amazing at what he does. I came in with severe neck, back and arm pain. On a pain scale of 0-10 my pain was between a 7-9. I really thought surgery was my only option but after 6 weeks of physical therapy I was finally pain free, able to expand my range of motion in my neck and the tingling and numbness in my fingers and arm were gone. I could not sleep for over one year because paint in my right shoulder. I sow a couple of doctor and a PT without any relieve. Believe me, after one week of very thoughtful therapy at Natural Bridges I started sleeping. I had about four weeks of Therapy, I am now like a new person. Dr. Jeff is amazing!!!I highly recommend him to you!!!

Jeff was the absolute BEST physical therapist I have ever worked with. After sustaining a knee injuring that eventually required surgery, he helped me for just over a year heal my injury. I have been dealing with a severe low back disc buldge for years and I was ready to get surgery if necessary. My insurance kept denying an mri unless I did 6 weeks of PT so I was recommended by a close friend to give Natural Bridges rehabilitation a try. Jeff has been nothing but an amazing therapist and helped me giving my body a "chance to heal"like he explained at our consultation meeting . Couldn’t be more pleased. My husband was referred for PT after sustaining a hamstring injury. Dr. Jeff’s evaluation and recommended program of progressive exercises and stretches have worked like a charm. The hamstring pain has now resolved and my husband is back to all of the physical activities that he enjoys. Dr. Jeff’s approach is not limited to simply addressing the acute injury. He also emphasizes the importance of prevention and understanding factors that predispose to injury. I was recommended Natural Bridges from the VA and this was hands down the best physical therapy experience I've had. I actually enjoyed working out and it didn't dread going like I usually did at other places. Dr. Shoup is very knowledgeable and literally goes out his way to help you. I had a couple other health issues going on as well and even though it was out of his realm he looked up exercises and possible treatments plan I could follow until I got an appointment with a specialist. He also had a student from the university who was there to help and she was very personable and knowledgeable as well. I liked how he actually let her be hands on instead of just watching him do everything. I would high recommend to others in need of physical therapy in a small and relaxed setting.

Jeff Shoup DPT has greater expertise, experience, patience, and kindness than what I have experienced from other DPT's. He got to the root of what has been an ongoing shoulder issue for me. Also, if you are fed up with the cooperate physical therapy world that operates like a machine, a world where you can be handed to different therapists, where it is hard to get an appointment, where you are in a gigantic room with many others, working with Jeff will be a VERY welcome personalized experience.
