Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at Nashoba Sports and Physical Therapy. After I set up sessions, they would not tell me the cost of the sessions. I set up the sessions anyway trusting that it wouldn’t be an unreasonable amount for the sessions. I then started my sessions with Corey who seemed more interested in his long-distance running than rehabbing my shoulder from surgery. During one session, he walked away to talk to a coworker and left me doing the exercises he prescribed. He never came back so I shrugged my shoulders and left not knowing if our session was complete. Another time, he handed me a kettlebell that was obviously too heavy for the exercise. I told him it was too heavy, and it was obvious when I was doing the exercise, yet he walked away to work with his other client. I watched another therapist working with an older gentleman (probably in his 80s). He set him up with a trap bar deadlift. The man’s back was hunched over with very bad form. The PT walked away and left him to do it on his own. The floor was typically a mess leaving risk of falls. I finally decided to discontinue the sessions, so I canceled my last session, but never heard from Corey asking how I was or why I canceled. There was no follow up at all. These are just a few memories off the top of my head. The bills finally started showing on my health insurance website (I have a high deductible plan) and the charges came to $288.75 per session after my insurance company negotiated a reduced cost! Most of the sessions were under 30 minutes. I had been going to another place in Harvard that came to around $97 per session and they were comparatively more attentive, always followed up and even had an app I could use to do exercises at home. This is the first negative review I’ve written, but thought it was necessary and don't take it lightly. In my opinion, Corey had the knowledge and skills to do a great job rehabing my shoulder. When he put the effort into it, it was amazing and I wanted more, but the quality of the sessions were not consistent, especially for the amount of money I was paying.

My experience at NSPT this past spring and summer was fantastic. The clinicians were highly experienced. Brogan Walsh was awesome to work with and I felt confident in his care. I did get to use the aqua treadmill a few times and it was a game-changer, providing a unique and effective approach to my knee rehab. The facility felt more like a gym than a typical PT center, creating a motivating environment. I highly recommend NSPT for anyone in need of physical therapy. They helped me recover and exceeded my expectations!

The team at Nashoba Sports & PT are awesome to work with - I highly recommend them! I went in with a shredded meniscus from playing soccer and Corey patiently worked with me for months, always encouraging me while also challenging me. Corey customized my exercises to help me work on all the weaker muscles I had while my meniscus healed. I’ve never felt stronger! As a bonus, the atmosphere is really fun and it was great to interact with the whole team.

NSPT is great! All the therapists are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are helping me with my back issues. I am getting stronger and have lost 15 lbs so far. They have all kinds of gym equipment and even a treadmill in a pool. Which is what I started with and now I'm working on the "land" equipment. I definitely recommend NSPT for all ages and issues.

I am so happy I found Nashoba Sports & Physical Therapy! I was in tremendous knee pain from a torn meniscus and arthritis. I figured I was headed for a knee replacement. My doctor sent me to PT and I didn’t have much hope since it never worked for me before. That is, until I met Chris. On my second visit, Chris put me right to work. I remember thinking no way this will work but he just told me to trust the process. I was intimidated and scared but Chris led me through a program that progressively built my strength and confidence. He was patient, kind and encouraging. When I started, I was terrified of not being able to hike again, which is my passion. But with Chris’s help, not only can I hike, I actually climbed my first 4k mountain - a goal I never thought would be possible. And finally, everyone at NSPT is fantastic. They help each other and the clients and create a welcoming space for all. Thank you Chris and the entire staff at NSPT, I appreciate you!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with all the physical therapist at one point during my recovery and they truly all have amazing knowledge. More recently I have been working with Corey and Peter to help me reach my goals during recovery as a runner . Without their guidance and support I’d not have made the amount of progress I have the last few months. As an athlete , I appreciate the model that they embody of not just getting you pain free again , but working with you to be better than you were pre-injury.

I went to Nashoba Sports and Physical therapy for sciaticia and two herniated disks. When I went to this establishment I was worried that I would never be able to walk/run or do anything athletic again. I immediately saw that to not be the case as my physical therapists (Brogan/Chris/Cory/Gary) all worked together to put me through a program that was crawl/walk/run in nature. The establishment had all new equipment and activities that made every visit unique. I never came in doing the same old/same old and the workouts were never boring. The environment and atmosphere was always positive and you left every session feeling confident and positive making improvements at an impressive pace with an end goal that was established and set at the beginning. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to feel like their physical therapist is uniquely invested in your well being and feeling more than just a number or time on a sheet. I will also add that the methodology that this establishment uses seemed to me to be very exercise centric with the goal being using your muscles/strengthening your muscles safely, which I enjoyed. A+!

Knowledgeable staff will follow doctor protocols and have alternatives if a peticular exercise is uncomfortable. Exercise pool (it's only for one patient) available with reservation. Gym area is large enough for several activities at once with variable equipment. Individual rooms and areas for table/bed treatment. Outside "parking" out back doubles as a workout "room", nearly doubling the gyms area. The plaza is clean with low traffic allowing patients to safely run around the building or sprints. This is my third PT gym (all for various reasons) and this is by far the best. The facility and staff make you feel very comfortable. The trainers genuinely seem focused on improving your condition and adapt their motivation to your personality. The outdoor area offers a unique blend of gym exercises and real life applications, it's a great feature not many places can offer.
