Amazingly compassionate and caring people. My husband is an above the knee amputee, and they take so much time and pay attention to the details of his needs. Always with the utmost patience, kindness and care. My husband has had challenges with his needs yet they are always willing and eager to problem solve and be creative in finding solutions. My husband is also an athlete and their care has extended beyond his prosthetic needs but have taken active interest in his quality of life by providing resources and expertise. We are so very grateful to Kyle and his team for all of their support, caring and loving service. It's extremely rare to find people like this In this world and when we do they should be acknowledged and praised. We Thank God for You!

I am a below the knee amputee and my request for a new prosthesis was simple. I was given little or no communication as to why it took from April 9, 2015 ( my initial appointment) until Thanksgiving for completion. I was shocked because after all that time my leg was ill-fitting, heavy and shape-less; and a concern I had about the foots adjustable heel height was not addressed. Maybe that works for a man, but certainly not a woman's needs. My doctor told me to return it even though it had been paid for, and to begin anew with another company. Kyle Eckhart, the owner, worked with me and I am very disappointed, I would not, what-so-ever refer anyone I like to him. Best Wishes.

Great service thought I would have to leave brace to me reinsured but no they indoected st brace and replaces sll straps way surpassed expectations I highly recommend this place customer service great
