This is the one, that they really listen and care of your pain. They actually hear you and want to help you. Their staff is also, very supportive. These Drs.are very professional and serious. I have had so many different doctors/surgeons during my time with them, and even more different people at the front desk (felt like a revolving door) Majority of the time no one would answer the phone when I called, or return calls. I felt so much anxiety and stress every time I had to deal with this company that I left. I risked no treatment than being treated here. Dr Grigsby is AMAZING!!! But I don't know if he is there anymore.

My doctor referred me to another clinic but for some reason this place got my name and called me and set up an appointment. But then I looked closer and it wasn't them that I got the referral for. How did they do that? Anyway since then I've tried to reach them. I've left at least six messages and nobody's ever called me back. I canceled my appointment but I did it by voicemail and still no one called me back. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this place is terrible. Also, they referred me to a Dr. Sun who isn't even listed. Then I find out that he's a temporary doctor. Getting a temporary doctor is terrible because they give you some treatment and then the next doctor comes along and changes it - plus then you have to do a new intake which cost a lot of money. Anyway my recommendation is to go somewhere else.

Napa Pain is extremely helpful and supportive of my goals in managing pain. I have never felt dismissed, diminished or rushed when dealing with the medical professionals in this office. Every single member of this team Is wonderful with individualized attention and providing a wide variety of modalities, medication options and the latest techniques and devices to control pain and improve your quality of life when living with chronic pain. I truly can not say enough good things about them and while I hope to not always be a pain management patient, I know that while I am; I am in the best possible hands.

Don’t go to this place!!! They treat you like garbage. You have to beg for your prescriptions. In my opinion, they’re only out for the money. They keep you coming back appointment after appointment, but they never fix the issues with your pain. They left me with my pain pump, empty and my alarm going off. I’ll never go back to this place ever.

I saw Kim Bellows here for a couple of years to receive botox injections for migraines. The wait was always extensive, but it was worth it has the botox definitely helped me with my headaches. Initially, the office would call me every three months when it was time to set up another appointment. That dropped off slowly, so I eventually called to make my own appointment. When I got to the office, it seemed like every person at the front desk was new. I hadn't seen any of them before. I was checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before the receptionist called me up to the desk and said that they don't provide this service any longer because of problems with insurance coverage for the botox. The front desk staff gave me a written prescription for botox and suggested I take it to a local pharmacy to be filled, then call them to see if they would be able to assist me with administering the shots. Well, anyone who knows anything about botox knows that it isn't available through a regular pharmacy. Long story short, no one there seems to know what they're doing anymore. I spoke to everyone from the office manager to the head nurse and was promised that I would receive a call back several times. NEVER HAPPENED. I was told that they would provide me with other doctors in Napa who could help me with this service. NEVER HAPPENED. Actually, when I called back for like the fifth time I was told to call my insurance and ask. Useless. And rude!!! I will never go back, and I highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs!!! Update: I see that Napa Pain Institute has responded with an apology and a request that I reach out to them. This is more of a response than I ever got while trying countless times to resolve this issue. As I said on Facebook, I've tried enough times to reach out to you. It's your turn to reach out to me.

The people at Napa Pain Clinic are excellent. They really care about their clients. They helped me get through a time of constant pain levels of 8-10. While I still have pain everyday it is now controlled at a 1-3 depending on how much I do. I know now I need to take breaks every 20-30 minutes to save my back, neck and knee.
