I would highly recommend this office on all aspects. I was in a lot of pain and months into looking for an available pelvic floor therapist. I was feeling discouraged and lost. When I called N2 I knew it was worth the hour drive because Tammy the receptionist answered and was so emphatic, personable, and advocated for me which I was starting to feel hopeless with relief. After joining their patient list I look forward to chatting with and seeing Tammy’s beautiful and welcoming personality. Dr.Shah has been a blessing to me with helping to improve multiple aspects I didn’t even know were an issue. I appreciate the wide variety of treatment options, some of which include dry needling, tens unit, etc. For the first time in years I don’t have back pain and am feeling much better with my prolapsed bladder and healing pelvic floor after birthing my second child.

Wow! First time I saw Chantal & she was great.Very professional while also very personable! She Got more of my background history & current medical diagnoses & treatments. She described dry needling & then found my trigger points. She was amazing! Then Chantal did trigger point massage on others areas. I got home & feel so good- almost without pain <3 9/19 - my 2nd visit with Chantal today. She reviewed my pain relief response from the first time, proceeded to find many of my trigger points & did the dry needling- I felt immediate relief when the needles found the points! After the treatment, I was able to get up off the table with almost no pain. I’m home almost 3 hours after treatment & feeling minimal pain. Hoping this treatment lasts longer & looking forward to the next visit. 10/17. My 3rd visit with Chantal & it was excellent. Chantal found more stress trigger points & proceeded with more extensive dry needling. The last time I got about 3 days of relief. I’m looking forward to more days/longer this time.

Meghan was great and successfully treated my groin pain! I admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but her treatments and the gradually more difficult set of exercises she prescribed really took care of the problem. She was very thoughtful, professional and good to work with. Thank you!

Kristen has been so helpful with my postpartum recovery. She’s so efficient with our sessions, making sure we get the most out of every session. I was having a couple issues, including getting back into running, and she got me back on my feet. Highly recommend

I started seeing Deena in the early third trimester of my pregnancy and I’m so glad I did! I learned so much about how to care for my changing body during pregnancy and in postpartum. I’ve never felt so connected to my breath and pelvic floor! Deena provided so many tools and exercises to help me feel ready for birth and the continuous changes to come. She was prepared for every session with new exercises, notes and follow up worksheets for me to bring home. Also the front staff is so lovely, accommodating and friendly! I plan on returning to Deena and N2 in postpartum and in any future pregnancies. :)

Kaitlyn my PT was above and beyond incredible. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and helped me regain strength and confidence after my ACL reconstruction. My issue is with the facility itself. Let me be clear, this is a women’s health/pelvic floor clinic. They have 0 physical therapy equipment, bikes, weights or anything that a traditional PT place would have. Nobody told me on the phone/scheduling/filling out pre appointment paperwork and I had to find out once I arrived. The sole reason I stayed was because Kaitlyn has such great prior experience working with rehabbing ACLs and we created an action plan together. But, as a result of being duped into selecting this “PT” place I have to change locations after going to three sessions here because they are not a real PT facility and my rehab requires proper equipment. They also charge additional fees to the customer each session (not to insurance) for “facility fees” and there is no parking nearby so you have to find paid street parking (after ACL surgery walking is a challenge). I wish someone along the line (or my insurance) would have been honest with me from the start so my recovery is not slowed due to how unequipped this place is for traditional post-surgery rehab.
