Facility doesn’t have an old person home smell! CNA was very efficient and nice. The last time I was there the CNA was not so good and my friend was in wet urine cloths and bed and it was about 1pm. Overall the facility is clean, employees are nice

The facility/rooms were clean & our patient was comfortable. The only suggestion I have is: "if the patient has not eaten his/her meal(s); ask them why & then figure out (or suggest) other options for them. It's important they keep up their strength."

No SNF/rehab is going to 5 stars these days. They are all short staffed and struggling. That being said, this place does the best it can considering and both of my parents received great care. There was one instance in which a CNA treated my mother terribly, but this was reported by family and addressed appropriately. The social worker, Amber, was absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond and really helped our whole family during a difficult and confusing time. My parents loved the nursing staff, as well as awesome PT and OT. Definitely recommend for short term rehab.

My wife is a patient there, the staff is very professional.My wife says the food is great and never has a complaint.The office staff has been very helpful for me,assisting me with a few complicated matters.Great core for your loved ones.Highly recommend Ernie Richard

My father spent the final 6 months of his life at Mystic Healthcare facility. He was treated extremely well by the stellar staff, and was well liked by his fellow residents. He loved the recreation offerings and took part on a daily basis. It takes a village to care for people and this village is one of the best! Thank you for loving my Dad!

I visited one person today. The facility looked very clean inside with no odors. It also was very quiet. The person I visited, was very happy with the room and having a window bed. Staff was very courteous and polite. When I left, I had to go all the way around the building. I did see three condensing units with their covers off and they look kind of shabby. The driveway coming in and going out some ruts in it, and could use some patching. But overall very positive feeling about the facility.

Any problem I had was solved right away. My husband was very at home here. This is the place we would request if needed in the future. The staff is great. We especially loved Brian the CNA and Debbie or nurse. They were great and very compassionate. All the staff was great but those two went above and beyond. They deserve big raises.

nothing notable except the building was hot, especially in my grandmother’s room. need to get that fixed. shouldn’t be having older patients in a room with no controlled temperature.
