I had been waiting to write this until after my race events. For the last six months I have been on a new health journey. Watching what I eat and exercising. I decide to run my first 10k race in March and a 5k Spartan race in April(just a few days ago). The week before my 10k I mildly injured my foot & knee. That began some hip issues. I scheduled with Hannah asap before the race. I’m telling you, she is a miracle worker. Not only did she treat my issues, but she coached me on how to take care of myself leading up to the race. Because of her massage and coaching skills, I raced with ZERO pain or discomfort. So much so that I finished my first ever race 74th out of 250. Phenomenal! Then came my Spartan race. Which is a run PLUS obstacles. I had been training more heavily in strength in the weeks leading up to this second race. Again, Hannah was able to maintenance me prior to the race. She got my hips and shoulders back to where they needed to be for optimal racing. I ran the Spartan race and felt fresh and strong. I couldn’t recommend Hannah and Myokinetix more. The stakes were high and Hannah saved the day. She was the reason I beat my personal records and raced uninjured/comfortable. I cannot wait for my next event and my next appointment with Hannah! I love this place! Maribel and everyone at MyoKinetix is welcoming. I have been going to Maribel for my massages and I can't say this enough, she a miracle worker! I leave feeling great. On top of that I love attending workshops hosted by Maribel and Sally. I love their holistic approach to overall wellness. Whenever I need to reset and feel centered, I attend a workshop. I've invited friends and family to come with me and when they do, they leave feeling refreshed.

Wow! This is not your normal massage therapist. An expert on body movements and kinetics so you can truly understand what is really happening to your body...cause and effect, weak, strong sides, range of motion, flexibility etc...as a former D1 All American Football player and 20 year combat veteran, I was impressed with her diagnosis and treatment plan because it made perfect sense. I'll be adding Myokinetix to my bi-monthly wellness plan.

Marabelle is truly the Queen of Necks. I had some back, neck, and posture issues and she (and her colleague Hannah) have helped me address them successfully. Excellent therapeutic/medical Massage. I highly recommend Myokinetix!
