My Therapy Center

I’ve had a great experience with the actual therapists but the office staff, though nice, are completely disfunctional. It took three months to begin services with them because they did not send the right info to insurance without me holding their hands. Then, when my son’s services needed to be re-authorized by insurance, they again never paid attention to the documents needed to be provided to insurance. Despite multiple calls from me, and the insurance company, they would say “Yes, we will upload the info today,” yet never do it. My son did not receive therapy for over a month because of this. Something is seriously wrong when the insurance company has to advocate for the patient rather than the provider!

My 11 year old son just started attending My Therapy Center for help with a stutter . I tried hospitals & medical centers for a speech pathology appointment but everyone in the downtown area was closed to new patients. I was ready to give up when I found My Therapy Center. I was impressed right away by the professionalism of the staff and the rapid response to my request for assistance . My son enjoys the appointments and feels like he is making progress .

The staff here is amazing, they truly care about the children and you can tell by the way everyone here works . Ever since my niece has been coming to speech therapy she has been able to pronounce more words accurately and express herself, she loves coming here and seeing her therapist. Great Work!

Wow this place is Amazing. Two of my children have been visiting for over a year now. Very professional and major growth. Kid friendly. Colorful and my kids are really excited when they see their therapist.

Excellent Services! My son has a month doing the speech Therapy, I highly recommend the place my son already is doing some questions and talking more. He loves to come here, Evelio and Kayla are the best. I love the fact that they send remminder for you, excellent communication with the parents. My son have fun every day!

Sweet and Kind staff. The process for my daughter to register and start therapy was fairly quick, I know it also depends on your insurance, but it took no longer than 2 weeks for her to get evaluated and for her insurance to process the request. The therapist my daughter has seen have been very kind and knowledgeable. They talk to you after every session. Would definitely recommend.

My Therapy Center is an astonishing center. My son has been going there for about 7 1/2 years and he's improved so much. I really appreciate everything they've done to help my children and they are considered like family to us.The staff there are very friendly and devoted. I highly recommend My Therapy Center. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is. Their customer service is always amazing! It helps so much when send text reminders to remind me of my up coming appointments. I have also seen such an improvement in my child's behavior and speech since attending My Therapy Center.
