MY DR NOW

Over all my experience was good here. The doctor was very nice and understanding. I was homeless when I came in and she was so professional. My only thing was that the last check up I had I was told I’d get a $20 Walmart card if I came in. I did have my appointment, I followed all the online instructions, and the reward never came. Then they called me one day for a follow up and my finance asked about it and they “took a message” and said I’d be contacted and that never happened. It’s been 2 months and still nothing. It’s just the principle don’t promise your patients something to motivate to come in and then just ignore them. Lol

I am a returning patient here at the 83rd and Lower Buckeye location. However, it had been too long since my last visit, so I did not have a Primary Care. I was a walk-in patient and was immediately checked in! All staff was friendly and quick! Dr. Taelyn is such a phenomenal medical professional. She was very thorough and kind! She took her time to ask me questions that led to a great medical plan. We planed together, she made great recommendations, and gave me the appropriate referrals! Without a doubt I felt heard and understood, so I am greatful for her time and patience. I was very pleased with her care and am happy to have found such a caring healthcare provider!

Been coming here for my yearly follow ups, and I love it here they treat you well. And my Dr. Taelyn Carrizales explained everything well in detail, and also the entire staff there treats you like family.

I made an appt for my daughter for her annual check up with Gloria I stated that my daughter has had Covid twice now and she is still sick. I think she has a long covid I want a CAT scan of here lungs and chest I was quickly dismissed as allergies. This is our second time coming to this woman and she tells us it's just allergies. She has been on all the allergy pills and nasal spray nothing is working we went to ENT same thing dismissed our concerns. So after her check up they did blood work and prescribed her prescription allergy pills. After she told her its not working.. she needs to drink hot tea and eat lots of fruits and veggies hell I tell her that every damn day. My point is My Doctor Now all their locations only have NPs servicing patients and after you keep dismissing our concerns about her health we won't be returning. Let me say this it's not just them these Doctors out here to especially if you're black or African American we don't get the standard of care out here like we should.

Everything from front desk to my check up was great. Alejandra was very nice and quick with getting me started on check in. Miriam was very good at explaining things to me and blood draw was quick and painless 👍👍… Dr. Carrizales was very nice and shows that they care about their patients.

Taelyn was very nice and patient. She made me feel comfortable right away and truly cared about my concerns! Although this isn’t my closest My Dr Now location, I will definitely request Taelyn again!

A friend recommended Taelyn at My Dr Now and I'm so glad I was referred to her. I pass about 4 other My Dr Now locations, including the one 5 min away from my home but I choose to drive 30min to see Taelyn. Miriam is also friendly and professional.

Had a recent ER follow up with Taelyn that was recommended, unfortunately overheard staff disappointed for the reason of my appointment. As if I was wasting their time, probably because they were open on 4th of July. The PA didn’t take a look nor refer me to a specialist. Literally was in & out. Asked for a medication & she told me to contact my insurance company. Didn’t bother to try, I myself work at a medical office and the little care for patients is concerning. Will no longer be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.
