Got an appointment within a few days of my call. Front window staff are super-nice, very helpful and friendly. Medical assistants are respectful and caring. Dr Prince and his NP Mr Chaffin are wonderful. They listened, examined and recognized my issues then immediately treated me - steroid joint injections. SCARY right?? Not any more! They are able to negate the pain and they talked me through everything they were going to do and again while they were doing it. The office is so uniquely laid out and clean! It’s not as intimidating or generic as other doctors offices to which I’ve been. My PT, Suzanne is amazing! She professionally assessed my problems, my needs and my treatment, and she included me in the Planning of My Care. I was afraid PT would hurt or be ineffective. I’m seeing improvement with just two visits so far! She uses simple maneuvers and prints out my “homework” exercises so I can remember what I’m supposed to do to help myself get better. I would recommend MSA to anyone!!

It's A Shame, That with this renowned, Facility, The Dr's Philosophy, That Patients Come First!!! They don't take medicare or medicad!! Because these are the very people, Patients that need great doctors for long term , or sustained injuries causing them to be disabled.. I Don't Understand Ms a Philosophy!!!
