Dr.Hunter doesn't listen to the patient. I complain about extreme pain on both my hands due to developing carpal tunnel at work. She only listen to me for about 5 minutes did some stupid hand test and said I didn't get carpal tunnel at work. So she didn't put no weight restrictions for work and I suffered for 2 weeks until I could get an appt. with my primary. He said I had carpal tunnel plus I got a nerve and muscle test that determined I had Carpal Tunnel and need surgery. Thank you Dr. Hunter for not listening to me and making me suffer more of my pain.

Left the waiting 20 mins past my appointment time. Told them I had an hour drive and I needed to use the bathroom for my pre employment drug screen and that I couldn’t go now and for my drug screen and they just said “it’ll be a minute.” Lobby backed up, pre op and lab backed up. Employers please use someone else

Dr.Hunter left me in pain for weeks. No sleep, just pain. It's all about the insurance company being found not liable, for her. I was harmed by her indifference. Do not use MOH&M at all costs.

I would rather have a preschooler see me for my work injury than the 2 females that work in this office. I was treated like a hypochondriac drug user. That was even with my comp case Manager sitting in the room with me! The Nurse practitioner was rude, condescending, and violated my medical privacy rights. She is a bully. She needs to lose her job! I would NOT treat my worst enemy the way she treated me. AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!!

Went here for an aviation physical. The service while I was there was pretty good. However, I was never told I needed to fill out some information with the FAA, so I had to quickly do that in the parking lot to continue with my physical. After the physical the doctor, who was super friendly, said he’d call me within a few days to let me know what’s going on with the FAA and my physical. A week goes by and I hear nothing. So I call, the lady on the phone said it was deferred to the FAA and she would reach back out Monday to let me know what exactly that means and what to expect. (I am new to all this) By Wednesday, I still had not heard from them, so I call again. The lady on the phone googles what it means and tells me the FAA would reach out to me. Please work on communicating with your patients and setting expectations. And most importantly do what you said you would!

they were insensitive to my condition after they riddled my hand with shots and expected me to go back to work the next day and denied me an extra day off work. My joints ached and i couldn't even grip a coffee cup after a procedure that was done to me. I tilt and push heavy equipment around and my workplace isn't like the rest where they have heavy/light duties. One job, one function. I had a hard time getting a hold of someone and when i did i was put on hold for incredibly long times. I don't recommend this facility to anybody. Their not very friendly either. Good luck to anybody that chooses this place still. They have a lot of work to do.

Absolutely horrible! The nurse practitioner made me feel insecure, horrible as a person because I was brutally honest about my past. I left the office after 2 miserable hours in tears! Do not go!

Went in because I injured my calf at work the doctor was rude and appeared inconvenienced by me. She then squeezed my calf trying to feel under the muscle when she did that I screamed, I was then told I was being dramatic. I was given 2 Tylenol, a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and crutches. I was told to get an ultra sound on my leg the next day. Turns out I tore my Achilles tendon where it attaches to the calf muscle. This place is a joke. I will say my second visit was good and it was a different doctor and he was good.
