EDIT: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. SPOKE WITH THE DOC ABOUT HIS MALPRACTICE, NEGLIGENCE, & LIES. WAS HUNG UP ON WHEN HE WAS CALLED OUT. I AM IN CONTACT WITH MY LAWYER DUE TO THIS ISSE & PLAN TO SUE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. THIS PLACE LIES & RUINS LIVES. BBB WILL BE HEARING FROM ME TOO. Was in for a job physical & later found out the doctor had put me on restrictions for a condition I've NEVER been diagnosed with through my PCP & due to his negligence, I have lost my job.

Just the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. There was incompetence at every single interaction, and no action was taken to correct it.
