6/26/24 I am writing to share what an amazing experience I had while visiting Dr. Bell’s office at Multicare Specialists in Granite City for the first time. When I initially called, Maddie answered immediately. I was surprised because I had always been on hold for up to 20/30 minutes with other doctors’ offices. She was kind and efficient. She was able to make me an appointment on the date that I requested. Again, I was surprised because most other places I had spoken with said they wouldn’t be able to get me in for months, if at all. On the day of my appointment (6/25/26), I was there about five minutes early and I was taken back to see the doctor almost immediately by Liz, another kind and efficient medical professional. When I told her I hadn’t been to a doctor in a long time and that I was nervous, she took extra time to tell me about Dr. Bell and how he really listens and respects his patients. She could not have been more correct. He listened closely to everything I had to say and was not only respectful, but kind, thorough, and even entertaining. I was able to stop on my way home to get bloodwork because Liz and other staff made special arrangements for me with Quest. Additionally, every staff member who helped me was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember all of their names to give them recognition for their great work. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

Wow, this place is awesome! The people are so nice, they care about you! You feel so welcome when you come here, they give you fast appointments, they always answer the phone, and the place is so welcome and clean. Dr. Ashley and the therapy specialist Cory and her team are so awesome!

This place is amazing!! I came here a couple of months ago with back and hip pain. Dr Eavenson and her staff knew exactly what to do. Tate was wonderful to work with as well as the rest of the staff! The best I had hoped for was to get some relief from the pain but I’m leaving completely pain free and am even able to jog again which I haven’t been able to do for 8 years and at 62 I couldn’t be more excited about this!!! So very thankful for everyone at Granite City Multicare Specialists!! I’ll never waste my time going anywhere else again!!

I have been to Multi Care after three different injuries. Dr. Ashley and her staff are great! Cory and Tate know how to build back your strength so you can function again and are a wealth of knowledge. All their assistants are super friendly and professional. I have nothing but praise for all of them. I even drove an hour from my home for their expertise care. Multi Care is top notch!

This office has made my outlook of Dr visits more positive . The staff is all very nice and work hard to accommodate your needs and sickness. Thank you for making the visits so much more pleasant

Multicare Specialists gave my daughter her life back!!! My daughter runs track and it is truly her passion and what speaks to her soul. She was running at the top of her game and breaking records left and right, but then she got injured and she was devastated. This was over a year ago and it took her out for the rest of the season, the summer, the fall, and into winter. We truly thought her running days were over and my daughter fell into a deep depression. Her pain wouldn’t go away and no one knew why. We tried physical therapy elsewhere, saw an orthopedic surgeon, she was on crutches for over a month at one point, still had no answers and was about to start pain management when a friend recommended Multicare Specialists. Dr. Brooks knew immediately what the issue was and also that the painful treatments she was previously scheduled to endure were also very unnecessary. A plan was devised and within TWO VISITS she was on the track again. Special shoutout to the athletic trainer, Tate, because not only did he stretch her muscles out like no other could, make her stronger and whip her into incredible shape, he also got her believing in her body again and gave her back her confidence. She is now back at the top of her game and headed to STATE! I cannot recommend this place enough!! They are a wealth of knowledge and also make going to physical therapy fun!

Other than them sharing your medical information with whoever I guess we're okay I don't think they follow their HIPAA laws too closely
