My experience with Julie was amazing. She's personable, professional, very thorough, genuine concerned and has a wealth of information to assist with medical concerns.

I was never seen. I was texted no less than six times, and called three to confirm my appointment. I was told to show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork as instructed by the receptionist two days ago. When I arrived, I couldnt help but notice how poorly marked all of the buildings were. If it was done for aesthetics, it's clearly a mistep. The door was locked, the lights were off, and no signs of life or activity were seen in the building at all. I waited 10 minutes, called multiple times, and left a message. Nearly an hour later, I receieved a call back from someone named Chris. He apologized for not being at the office for my appointment time, explaining that he was stuck in traffic, and that no one else was at the office because he is working with a skeleton crew. However, this does not excuse the numerous red flags about this office. As a woman, the idea that I would have been alone in an office with a male provider, with no other people in the office feels unsafe and unprofessional. Being a healthcare provider myself, making excuses for being late to your patients in order to make amends for tardiness is also unprofessional. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this office for pain management anytime in the near future.

Julie is amazing. She listens to your concerns and works on your concerns. I've been there twice and already notice a difference.

Cut my pain and medicine in half Dr norval is hands down the best pain Dr in Connecticut he explains everything to you about your pain and the plan to end or lesson it.i still see him regularly and andy pain is manageable so I can work.great place great people great results. Check them out. Js
