Muir Orthopaedic Specialists - Walnut Creek Physical Therapy

Horrible. They give ypu appointments and after you arrive they don't see you. My MRI report and images were with me but they wanted the CD. Waste of time and money.

I first saw them got xrays and was seen by a physician's assistant. The doctor didn't even pop his head in. On the second visit I waited in the waiting room for 30 mins until finally I had to go to the reception desk to ask how long it would be. Finally got called waited another 20 mins behind people that I had been ahead of in the waiting room for an x-ray. Finally see the physician's assistant again only to be told that there wasn't anything they could do. She did go talk to the doctor to confirm this. But still no doctor. This place is about how many appointments the can get in not about patient care. Turn and burn, the new health care system all about the money with this group. I will never go back and l'll tell everyone I know and who asks do not go there!

This is one of the premiere Physical Therapy facilities in the East Bay. Equipment is fantastic and staff is wonderful.

Rude receptionist not helpful I’ll never go back to this group.
