I've seen Jimmy for two injuries and he is exceptional! Very thorough and takes the time to listen and evaluate fully. I've been able to understand what is causing issues and I've been happy with my progress. Jimmy is also very effective while remaining compassionate. MTI PT seems to have very knowledgeable and skilled therapists, would recommend!

I had a previously great experience with MTI- an awesome PT named Doug who has since left (I left a 5 star review). Recently, I contacted MTI four times with a referral and asked what therapists are available, but I am still waiting for a response from the admins. I've spent a lot of time and money at MTI (some sweat, and blood as I have a scar from a table that cut me), but apparently, they have enough clients and are uninterested in helping me. This is sad, as it's a great location and the staff are generally wonderful.

17MAY22 - roughly 2x weeks before leaving a 5yr army career I was given ACL surgery. The day I moved into a new phase of life I moved to Seattle, WA. I grew up my entire life in the southeast corner of the world. MTI and Dr. Stuart “Stu” Eivers have taken care of me every step of the way in my recovery - including during the window that I was temporarily uninsured. I can’t not thank the team and staff enough for getting me back to 100% and the work they have done for me and my family!

I was referred to MTI Physical Therapy by my sports medicine doctor who saw me for a shoulder issue. I had previously tried Luna (the at home PT service) and while that was convenient, I have felt more confident in the services/expertise I'm receiving at MTI with my PT Steve. He's been great at listening to my concerns and coming up with a program to address my longstanding injury. We've seen slow but steady improvement. Also, I've appreciated the availability of early morning appointments that I could attend before work.

MTI provides manual therapy, a much better approach than the majority of physical therapy clinics who chat with you and provide cookie cutter exercises for knees or backs. I first went to MTI many years ago after a sports medicine doctor offered me physical therapy and I said "No thanks" because I had been to physical therapy where the PT talked to me and sent me off to ride a stationary bicycle. The doc told me that MTI is different. Yes, it is different, 1,000 percent better! I first saw Jim Rivard, the founder, and my issue was resolved. Years later, I returned and worked with Matthew Wood on my sciatica, knee, and shoulder/rotator cuff injuries. His approach is a thorough assessment, manual therapy that really alleviates my pain and increases my range of motion, then guided exercises. He answers all my questions and provides help according to my physical issue, my activities and my goals. Family and friends who have gone to other physical therapy clinics told me that their physical therapists chatted with them and gave them exercises for their affected body parts, but never touched their knee, never tested their range of motion, and never considered their individual circumstances. In that case, why not just look up knee exercises on the internet and skip the copay? So if your insurance covers the excellent therapy at MTI, count yourself lucky and make an appointment. You won't regret it! Stay healthy and strong. Parking is free for two hours on 13th Avenue, the street just one block east of the clinic.

As a sports enthusiast and Pilates instructor, I find MTI to be one of the best and most professional physical therapy organizations I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I had a massive rotator cuff tear and my therapist Ryker is a gem. He has taken me very far in my recovery, and I am very very grateful. Also there is a very professional atmosphere....... Update is I have been released from my pt sessions and have recovered so well.

My therapist Jo Haller and team provided excellent and outstanding PT for my recovery and healing from a severe knee and leg injury. There was focused and specific personalized attention to my injuries which has led me to a healthier and stronger rehabilitation. The level of expertise and care was amazing ~ thank you so much!

I've seen Jo a couple of times now and she has been great! I'm having hip replacement surgery and she has a lot of experience with people who have had that type of surgery. She has given me a couple of before surgery exercises that help to reduce my pain. Update - It's after my surgery now and the exercises Jo has given me are helping me to bend down and pick things up off the floor and pivot on the leg and hip I had surgery on! She's so helpful.
