This place is AWESOME!! I’ve had 2 surgeries & have come here for both of my treatments & therapies. Its a true pleasure every single time!! They’ve been caring, understanding & accommodating The entire STAFF is on point! They are always willing to work with you. They take the time to listen to you & explain all of the exercises thoroughly. This place treats you like family!! My therapist ‘Swatte’ is THE BESTESS! I truly recommend this place to everyone!! I’ve known Dr Tina for over 30 years I was one of her first patients in her thornwood office. The staff at the commerce street office is the best around. Everyone from the secretary Jill to all the doctors that this office has to offer every way to relieve your pain including trigger point injections that I have had several times and it works. Dr Tina and Nurse practitioner Betsy are experts in pain management. The pt part of the office has great physical therapists which I have Swati that works on my neck and keeps it loose so there is no uncomfortable pain during work or at home. I highly recommend this team of experts if you are in any pain or need physical therapy because they will help you and they all are so nice to work with.

I highly recommend Mt Pleasant med and rehab. I avoided rotator cuff by receiving PRP and Stem cell treatment. Also did pt with Swati. They have very caring staff. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with pain.

Mt. Pleasant Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has brought me renewed hope that I am on the right path for recovery from chronic pain post injury. I have tried other forms of therapy, but never experienced a team-based holistic treatment plan of chiropractic, therapeutic massage, physical therapy, and trigger point injection care. I really appreciate how attentive and dedicated each member of the team is towards evaluating the root causes of the pain and making plans to address them. Everyone is professional, kind, knowledgeable, talented, and work together towards a common goal of getting you to feel better in a caring environment.

I was in a work related accident in October 2019 and began treatment here soon after. I couldn't be happier with the empathetic and caring people that begins from the time you walk in the door, to the doctors who manage and oversee your treatment, as well as physical therapists, chiropractors, and even the front desk overseeing appointments. The treating personnel are always concerned with how you are feeling and will always do their very best to make sure that each and every time you leave you feel better. I consider myself very lucky to have found this place.

Based on all of the other reviews, I thought I was going to be in good hands. Perhaps my experience was a one-off but I have to say I was disappointed with my care at a recent appointment. Upon walking into the facility I had high hopes and really wanted to be pleased with my treatment. Unfortunately, I left feeling the complete opposite. I felt as though I was a burden and the staff would rather be dealing with anything/anyone else. There’s nothing worse than being in excruciating pain, dealing with multiple doctors for years and years, just trying to get answers and then having yet another negative experience. A nice attitude goes a long way.

The best physical medicine practice out there! Doctors are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
