I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and expertise of Joy Scott, my physical therapist. After suffering an injury, my mobility was significantly compromised, and I was unsure how long it would take to recover. Thanks to her exceptional skills and dedication, I have seen remarkable improvements in my mobility and overall well-being. From the very first session, it was evident that she is not only highly professional but also incredibly smart and knowledgeable in her field. Joy’s personalized approach and attention to detail made a world of difference in my recovery process. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a treatment plan that was both effective and manageable. Her encouragement and positive attitude have been a constant source of motivation for me. She is truly wonderful and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am on the right path to full recovery. I cannot thank her enough for her support and expertise. If you are in need of a physical therapist who is professional, compassionate, and exceptionally skilled, I highly recommend Joy! She has great scheduling options, I’m a Wife, Mother of three young children, and an executive and Joy makes sure I get my sessions in. I'm so thankful! 🤍

Ciara is just an all around delightful person, who is so knowledgeable in all things both pelvic health and also traditional orthopedic PT. I’ve began working with her during my pregnancy- I’ve always been active and a runner, but found that during pregnancy, I needed some help feeling strong and learning how to move. I’ve loved her energy- it’s like hanging out with a friend, who is also super knowledgeable and funny. After i returned to running, I took a fall and sprained my ankle and reached out for some rehab. Ciara will travel to your home, which if you have kids or a demanding job, is so clutch. She tailors your treatment not just to your injury but to what you love- we weren’t just focused on getting my ankle to not hurt, but getting strong to get back to running. I’d highly recommend her for anything PT related- she’s also an expert on pelvic health issues and makes it just feel so comfortable and safe to discus anything- nothing is off limits and it’s like chatting with a friend (well, she is a friend now!). I can’t say enough good things about her- make sure you reach out with any needs, be it during pregnancy, after, or for just any regular injuries too.

My PT is Lauren O'Shea, and she is simply outstanding in every way. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. She has been able to pinpoint the exact areas of my hamstring, quad and glute muscles that were causing me so much pain due to tightness in my IT band. She also is an expert at dry needling, which provided me with immediate relief from the pain. I will reach out to Lauren again any time I am struggling with movement challenges or impairments. On top of her expertise, she is a lovely person, and someone I truly enjoyed interacting with.

I have suffered from a lack of mobility and pain from working long hours at my computer. This constant pain and soreness left me unable to enjoy my life outside of work, and I couldn't participate in my favorite hobbies like running and taking group fitness classes. Dr. Gilbert was a life send! He was extremely accommodating and helped me understand the root causes of my discomfort and make a long-term plan to resolve the issue rather than a quick fix. His adjustment instantly eased my neck pain and tension, and I believe I said aloud, "I just saw colors that I didn't know existed" - that's how much relief I instantly felt! After the session with Dr. Gilbert, I enjoyed a weekend with my friends without neck pain. I have continued to use his tips and recommendations and live with no pain and tension in my neck. Thank you, Dr. Gilbert!!

I stumbled across a YouTube panel discussion hosted by APTA, where Keaton Ray was one of the speakers. Her perspective on the PT industry was so refreshing—it struck a chord with me, especially as I’m starting my own cash-based PT practice. I reached out to her on social media to say how inspiring her journey was, and to my surprise, she responded! Not only that, but she went above and beyond, connecting me with Mandy Teng, who was Ahh-amazing! Mandy helped me take a step back and get clear on both short-term and long-term business goals, which was a relief because I was honestly feeling overwhelmed. Nobody teaches you how to start your practice in PT school! I’m so grateful for Keaton and Mandy’s support—they genuinely care about helping fellow PTs, and I can’t recommend them enough.

MovementX and Joy Scott in particular are fantastic. She has a huge level of knowledge which has been very beneficial and reassuring throughout my treatment. I’ve had 2 knee replacements and have just started recovery/physio for the second one and it’s very much down to Joy for the great speed and improvements I see weekly in my recovery. Highly recommend Joy and MovementX

Shira is fantastic at listening, diagnosing, and prescribing the right set of exercises to create incremental, steady progress. She's insightful and caring, but also demanding. I highly recommend her.

Zoë Pond-McPherson is an amazing PT who genuinely cares about the well being of her patients and getting them back to their original fitness abilities. As a runner, cyclist, and lifter, I started working with Zoe after giving birth to help strengthen my pelvic floor postpartum. During that time I suffered a hip injury which made it painful to walk, let alone run. With Zoe’s help I was back to my baseline running within a few weeks. She has been flexible working with my schedule and conducting at home visits which are great when you have a little one. Can’t recommend her enough, whether it’s postpartum work or a sports injury.
