Michael is the BEST physical therapist i’ve ever worked with (and I’ve been to a few). He is so knowledgeable and thoughtful in his treatment plans and provides holistic care. He does a great job of looking at the whole person instead of just the injury / pain which makes for much better treatment results. I’ve been to other PT clinics where the therapist will be working with 2 or 3 patients at a time, but Michael dedicates your appointment time just to you which is really helpful (and honestly, rare!). He is kind, fun to work with and just the all around best. If you’re thinking about scheduling with him, do it!

During the year that physical therapist Michael Ballentine has been working with me my self-confidence and ability to carry out tasks that I thought were beyond me have improved immeasurably. As an octogenarian with compromised eyesight and other physical problems, there is probably no "playbook" for treating me. Therefore, Michael has devised -- and continues to devise -- exercises uniquely suited to my set of circumstances, and they have been hugely successful. I am grateful to Michael for his expertise, good humor and unfailing patience. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking the best care possible.

Michael Ballentine has become a pillar of my physical well-being, applying his deep experience, expertise, and focus on a treatment plan that has brought me from daily pain to my current state as a relatively pain-free and strong 72-year-old guy. I have multiple interrelated problems, including scoliosis, arthritis, and injuries to both shoulders and a knee. He devises a care plan for the office and at home that I can follow, and which evolves as I improve. I am very grateful to Michael for providing me with excellent care and for the motivation to move forward to a better outcome. Also, the location is very clean and sterile, scheduling and insurance matters handled with promptness and good cheer.

I am a 70 Year old male and has been working with Michael Balentine twice a week for over two years. I am adding a third day to our schedule this week. I have varied physical problems that we have addressed. From strength to balance to breathing and joint and core strengthening. We also work on perception of space and cognitive drills. Of all the PT environments I have worked with nothing has come close to the level of caring, understanding of problem and applied solutions Michael brings to the floor. As opposed to most cookie cutter regiments MB works with you for a FULL hour. No passing off to assistants for the second half hour . No one else in the room except myself and Michael. I could go on. If you need help call Movement Solutions and try to arrange a consultation with Michael.

Michael is the best! He is one of the most caring and knowledgeable PTs I have ever worked with. I was experiencing serious shoulder pain and he completely healed and strengthened it as well as giving me tools on how to work out at the gym and breathe correctly and feel better in my everyday life. THE BEST!!

Michael is a uniquely gifted therapist. I've been to several PTs, and had solid experiences treating specific issues, but Michael is the first provider to take a mindfully wholistic approach to physical therapy and the result has revolutionized how I relate to my body. Within the first couple of weeks I experienced a dramatic reduction in pain through simple practical solutions to how I sit and stand. Freed from that pain, I had the capacity to begin strengthening the disused and forgotten muscle systems I had unwittingly been coping without. With that budding strength, I am beginning to develop a more accurate mind-body awareness. I feel hope for the first time that I can pull out of the gradual physical deterioration that had been chipping away at my life and rediscover joy in movement.
