Movement for Life Physical Therapy

We've had numerous positive experiences at Movement for Life. Their therapists are excellent, and the whole team works well together. We feel really fortunate to have such a nice PT practice here in Morro Bay- so convenient! Their office is very community-minded too- they recently hosted a blood drive.

Kyle Cristal and staff are very caring about your condition and help with the technological side of PT as well. There are videos to remind you of the exercises to be done at home. Ice therapy after the exercises feels like a spa treatment!

After recovering from double hernia surgery my surgeon recommended going to physical therapy to help strengthen my core muscles which had atrophied during my recovery. Surprisingly not, I had a lot of anxiety about reinjuring the areas, it was my second time around with one of the hernias. However ,I found out after my first visit that I was in good hands. I am now working on my rehab plan with my Therapist Kyle at my own pace. Im feeling stronger and more confident at my job and would highly recommend Movement for Life for adomial rehab after surgery. These people are the best! I work with 3 different Physical therapists, and I like all of them. They each have different approaches and it really gives me a variety of exercises. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Over the past 25 years or so I have had the occasion to use Movement For Life Therapy four times, I have never had any problems getting the best service available to help me with my physical problems. At age 91 it is always helpful to be met with smiles and the best skills. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone with the need for physical therapy assistance, they are the best in the County.

My PT, Dr. Vecchetti, was exceptional--- very effective, professional and engaging. All of the staff are wonderful. Scheduling is easy either online or right at the clinic. I am so happy that I am recovering successfully due to my skillful and knowledgeable PT and staff.
