Movement for Life Physical Therapy

Movement for Life is the best! I work with Alex, she is fabulous! She can get me to do my exercise and yet make it fun! She does make me work though. Lol Alex is the best and I think the manager, she has a great staff as well. Everyone is super friendly!

Outstanding group providing skillful and empathic care. Truly a team setting. Everyone without exception is friendly, considerate, eager to help in any way possible, encouraging, but above all, well trained and skilled in Physical Therapy. PT is never fun in the beginning, but they carefully guide you to minimize discomfort while bringing along the rehabilitation as fast as possible. I have needed PT on occasion for 6 decades in various locations in the US an rank Movement for Life #1.

This is a state if the art company, they have all of the equipment necessary to provide great therapy. The staff is very friendly and competent, they are very knowledgeable and are always making sure you are involved in the therapy that you are getting. The facility is clean and pleasant. Easy to schedule appointments also.

I was very satisfied with my experience at MFL. I primarily was seen by either Alex or Jenn, both very engaging and focused on my daily well being and my overall goals of reducing pain and increasing strength and flexibility. They pushed me but never too far, and they were constantly querying me if I was uncomfortable or had any significant pain throughout the exercises and movements. Additionally, the staff is very approachable and friendly. I never had a problem scheduling or changing appointments. I highly recommend Movement for Life and I truly feel my time was well spent in their professional hands.

Jennie has been my regular PT. I couldn’t have had a better person or experience. She listens, she cares, and she is always on task. Great place; great experience; and wonderful people. I highly recommend Movement for Life PT!

It is very clean my physical therapist Rachel is very knowledgeable she is Hands-On she explains all physical therapy practices as we go. The physical therapist that I have worked with are very intervative in using different approaches and techniques to work towards improving mobility to my knee after a full knee replacement five weeks ago. I am a chiropractor by trade, their care and their advice for procedures that I could do at home and in a gym have been greatly appreciated.
