Absolutely horrible I was 10 minutes late and I even called ahead and left a message to let them know and they still canceled my very very important appointment and blood work is Hospital sucks ass I implore you go somewhere else they need to seriously fire their entire staff and hire new people people who actually care about the patients Virgil is horrible dismissive rude and uncaring

Absolutely terrible experience here. I was prescribed a medication that I was not supposed to come off of without being slowly weaned off. When I tried to get a refill of my prescription the pharmacy never got a call back from the office. A week later when I called the clinic directly, I was lectured by three separate receptionist. Lucy had the nerve to lecture me not to have waited until the last minute, when I didn't get any callback at all for a week. Jenna cut me off without letting me finish explaining my situation, and Vanessa pointed to her verbal reminders and saying I had to specify "fax, not email" to the pharmacy in order for them to be able to see the request. They put the entire onus on the patient and took no responsibility to follow-up, notify, or maintain their own due diligence for a patient's care. There was not a single follow-up phone call given. They mess with a person's health, displayed no empathy and only seem to be cold, calculated, offering excuses that cover their own prerogatives when confronted with the need for someone to simply get their prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I would never taken medication that would be this difficult to fill, much less knowing I would have to deal with such uncaring receptionists within an industry has "care" in the name. I won't even get into how they will cancel a person's appointment if they are 6 minutes late, not even considering mountain traffic situations or weather conditions. I am more than disappointed and recommend that if anyone has any other options, stay far away from this clinic.

I am very disappointed. And upset. Mr Virgil didn’t ask me any questions but just based his decision for testing on what info the nurse got for him. I tried to elaborate but he appeared to not have time. Wore clothing and helmet so I couldn’t see what he looks like or hear him clearly. He ended up prescribing me a med that is not suggested since I’m on anti seizure med. I’m not happy at all. He was in a hurry. All staff was looking at watch.

They misdiagnosed me! Said I had a salt deficiency. Told me to put more salt in my diet. 5 months later I'm in the hospital at Loma Linda. I have Congestive Heart Failure! Not the first time my experience has been horrible there. But, certainly it will be my LAST! Place Sucks! On top of it all the people up front are so rude. It's a "Hospital" sick people go there!!!! Be Nice! Geeze!
