Mountain View Therapy

Services were good. It's to bad they are apart of Montrose Hospital. Billing department is horrible. Instead of sending a re submission to insurance they just send me bill stating I have 15 days to pay. After I contacted my insurance company. Montrose hospital is now starting the process for a re submission. If they would of done it properly the first time this would of all been avoided.

Dieter is the BEST! The staff is wonderful. Great experience all around.

I found the people here to be professional. They worked with me at my own pace all the while helping me to restore function. They also gave me the necessary tools to continue on my own. I highly recommend this place it's life affirming and holistic. This isn't my first rodeo but the best I have been to. I come back here to correct the inactivity from the pandemic. I have put in a lot of work but the guidance and support I found here has changed my life. If you are serious about regaining function then this the place to go.

I went to the Ridgway location for an evaluation after an injury to my left thumb. Ian, the therapist, said that while he could help me, that I would be better served by going to a competitor that has a therapist who specializes in hand therapy. I appreciate his honesty and would not hesitate to use Mountain View Therapy if I need physical therapy in the future.

This review is for the physical therapist, SCOTT. He helped my daughter along the very long road of recovery from an extremely severe accident. He's wonderful!

Staff engeneers problems baced on unrealistic expectations and refers you to someone else within the same fasility which only compounds the problem. Issues that should have been solved within a year we are a year and a half in with little or no progress according to staff. If you come with a issue they will basicly state "do (fill in demand) or we will call child protective services. In our spasific case child protective services were contacted with complaints that this facility is staff have said. My kids are malnourished according to one OT employed there. Another PT cant make up there mind as to if my child has mad progress or not. On day hes awsome the nest apointment hed doing horrible. They all seem to have a god complex. When we start saying were going to get a se under opinion or find out why a issue they are revealing therapy for is not getting better we often hear "I dont know we can try." When the secund apointment comes back normal we informed that they need to continue to see my children. I honestly think they have it out for us.

I have had back pain for many years, so I started going therapy @ mountain view. So far it has really helped me. Thanks to Doug Maddy.
