I would like to share my awful experiences with this office. First off very unprofessional behavior from the office/ billing manager. 2. They called me today to set an appointment 3. Poked and proded me for personal information when I kept telling them I cannot answer that. The manager screamed at me on the phone and stated she was basically gonna tamper with my personal files in the office 😱 I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company

Dr. Jenkins is fabulous! He has treated me for numbness in the hands, originating from the pectoralis, to piriformis sciatica (trigger point injections) to a torn groin muscle. His PT team is also excellent!

The doctor, who is not a qualified surgeon to my knowledge, is described as very conservative, which was stated like a warning, was found to mean "do nothing." Because of pain you can't walk, you cannot sleep, and you can't sit down. The doctor sits on a stool with his back against the door and shrugs when asked "what do you need to know." I found it weird. You explain and the doctor "says give it another couple of months." It's been six months all ready. An appointment is scheduled for 60 days. You wait and suffer for two more months and four days before the the appointment the office manager (and she's another story) calls and says your appointment is cancelled without explanation. This was not an isolated occurrence, but consistent over time. So, consider yourself forewarned.

I have received Regenexx PRP injections from these guys multiple times. Each time, after months of healing and physical therapy, I felt better. I had previously done multiple rounds of physical therapy without the PRP injections and experienced no permanent change. Getting the PRP injections combined with PT made a difference for me. It was the first time after 6+ years where my back pain permanently improved. The doctors and staff were all professional, courteous and friendly every time I've been there.

Several years ago, I had some very successful rehab work done by these folks on an injured hamstring. When I had a similar injury, I called Mountain View and was told that, because of the time between injuries, I would be considered a new patient and that the earliest appointment I could get would be two months later - yes, two months wait on an injury. I am no fan of any business which values procedure over sincere and timely service to the customer. I looked elsewhere and found nearly immediate treatment.

My Orthopedic surgeon referred me to Dr Glaze at Mountain View Rehab. I called for an appointment, with major back pain, the scheduler refused me an appointment saying I must have referral from a doctor... I told her I had a note and needed to talk with Glaze about my back, she again raising her voice that "I Must have a referrral from the doctor, I told her I had X-rays, a note form the doctor, and a diagnosis from the X-ray tech. She said "Goodby" and hung up. Most nasty person I've ever talked to in a doctors office anywhere in over 70 years!

I recently visited this facility and have a consultation with Dr Richnak, he tested my arm and hand for Carpal tunnel Syndrome. He was polite, professional and very thorough with his diagnoses, explained my options to take care of this illness.
