Fraud ⚠️ No doubt that this place is committing insurance fraud. They want follow up appointments just to bill you. The billing department is terrible. It took them 11 months to file the claim with my insurance then billed me for the remainder over a year after I saw care. Pls seek professional help somewhere else. What they offer is not worth the hassle. Even their staff look over worked and overwhelmed.

I have chronic pain and was referred to mountain view by my rheumatologist . I made the appointment and was seen by a Physician assistant . We went over my problems and in my opinion I was not heard by her at all but she came up with a treatment plan and I started to do acupuncture and it helped some I had asked for some pain management health in the initial visit and was told that we needed treatment first witch I understand due to drug seeking junkies. I did the treatment and like I said it. Helped We'll I go through the treatment and a month and a half later I have my appointment for The p.a. again to discuss my pain and treatment plan. I have to shovel snow to get to my vehicle to get to my appointment on time and when I get there they are closed? Wtf I call and was told they called to cancel the appointment due to weather.so I look at the time they called it was 20 minutes before the appointment.w.t.f in good weather I still would have been driving to get there on time ? And then I listen to the message and it tells me to call and reschedule the appointment. W.t.f ? You cancel and I have to call to make the appointment? Well I went back for my acupuncture appointment today and I have to admit the young lady that does my acupuncture is and has always been professional and of the best quality.i thank her and hope she will find a quality place to work when this shit hole closes because the lack of care for the serious people in pain. This place gets a f from me and the only thing they have going for them is the young lady that helped me. Oh I never got any muscle relaxers or pain management at all . Good luck if you decide to get help to manage pain at this place

I absolutely love this place! They are such an amazing team of providers here & I am thankful they are helping me to reclaim my life! Mountain View Pain center has been my clinic for pain for the past few years. They have the absolute worst front office and operations teams that I have ever dealt with in my history of chronic illness. The reception is very rude and unhelpful. There is so much turn over that no one is trained to answer your questions. They use a call center so you can never get in touch with their team when you need to. It takes hours or days to hear back. They will not submit billing accurately which then puts your pain treatments behind for weeks. This is very difficult as someone with chronic pain. When I follow up with their team, they promise to follow up with me and solve the issue and the I never hear back. This group has great doctors but you cannot get help to even see them for your pain. I highly recommend finding another place to treat your pain. You cannot count on Mountain View Pain Center.

I absolutely love this place! I have had my pain go from everyday and debilitating to managed and under control with the help of physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractor, trigger point injections, massage, Botox for my migraines, steroid shots for my bulging disc's, and medication that actually worked for my fibromyalgia (naltrexone in a micro dose), and no narcotics pushed for any of my pain. They don't push pills. They actually offer practical treatment that is working to reduce my pain and give me a body I can use again and not leave me bedridden like I was before. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pain. The front desk staff is also amazing, especially Megan, she remembers my name and I don't even need to do anything when I walk in for an appointment anymore, they just already have me checked in, they're so attentive! These people lied about several things, but worse, are trying to keep my $275 cash because I don’t have enough $ to get several procedures they sprang on me as being mandatory to be seen by them. OBVIOUSLY none of this was told to me when making the appt, because this is their scam, w/those who do not have ins. they also wouldn’t give me a receipt either, so yeah- I think it’s obvious what they are running here. they didn’t even have my name or date of birth down right. Absolutely incredible. Now I’m going to have to get my attorney involved&its making my pain worse so I’ll be having to sue for compensation. STAY AWAY. He advised me to make this review asap, since he said this is what some do. They have their people working in turkey and all over too, so it’s way more elaborate than we probably even know. Again, STAY AWAY.

I absolutely adore Dr Gray and his team! I have 17 specialist, and he's probably one of my favorites! I live all the way up in Loveland You have to drive 50 miles south but it is a privilege and pleasure to come to this place! Between a fractured spine, three autoimmune diseases and one that affects my brain and spine, and a plethora of other maladies, Dr Gray and his team help me to live my best life and have my best chance at quality of life! He is very personable and doesn't use words that are over your head! I have peripheral nerve pain and he has been phenomenal and helping control it! I just finished last round of medial branch blocks I've had more relief in the last 3 weeks and I have a last two years! You know you're in the right place when you're excited to see you the team of doctors even if it's because you don't feel good! I would recommend him and his team to anybody! They are not only personable and professional, but they are safe, gentle, kind and gentle, kind and full of grace! They're incredibly clean, organized, and incredibly proactive to advocate for their patients! They help get the forms needed to the right resources and are so good about following up!
